Flawless distribution of power: M xDrive, Active M Differential. The new #high-performance engine teams up with an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission with Drivelogic and uses the new M xDrive all-wheel-drive system, which made its debut in the #BMW #M5, to channel its power to the road. The M xDrive system has a rear-wheel bias and offers BMW X3 M and BMW X4 M owners two AWD driving modes. The centrally controlled interaction between M #xDrive and the Active #M Differenti...al at the rear axle allows the all-wheel-drive system to split the engine‚Äôs power between the four wheels as required to deliver optimal traction, agility and directional stability. The BMW X3 M and BMW X4 M both sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.2 seconds, while their Competition variants hit 100 km/h (62 mph) from rest in just 4.1 seconds. ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚Ä Ē‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ #bmwuk #berrybmw #london #cars #car #bmwlover #bmwlife #bmwmperformance

Excellent and very professional. Last time I took my BMW X1 2013 plate in for a full service and it's first MOT, which of course, it passed. I was treated fabulously by their wonderful staff. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by their very friendly and professional member of the reception team to being greeted by their service department staff I was handled very courteously. Everything was very pleasing and very professional and I loved the way I was treated. I would highly recommend their services to my friends and family. Berry Heathrow have been handling my cars for a long time now and have taken over from BMW Heathrow who I have had a longstanding relationship for over 15 years and they are outstanding. Thanks Berry Heathrow!! :)

Thank you Berry Heathrow BMW for ensuring that I drive a BMW car that will kill me and my 2 children, aged 7 and under 1, one day because you refuse to guarantee your inadequate repair of the clutch for a third time whilst under warranty. I hope all your employees and other customers never have to drive a BMW where the clutch pedal locks down to the floor, ensuring no control of the car whatsoever, whilst changing gear on the motorway overtaking a large lorry in the second lane. Hope you have a nice long life, I am sure ours will be short because we cannot afford to change to a more reliable brand since we invested our savings in the oversold quality and service of BMW, and trusted your service centre to take care of us and our investment.

Never going to purchase a car from Berry Heathrow again bought an x6 on finance and was lied to by the sales person who said I could return the car no problem. When I called bmw finance was told a lot of people have complained and been told the same thing. Called bmw Berry left a message with a very rude South African sales guy for a manager to call me back and nothing. Had to call back and spoke to a manager Mr white who was quite blasé about the whole situation be careful the whole after sales care sucks and their million point check on cars is no good had nothing but problems with my bmw...

My partner called BMW Heathrow three times today to book a test drive as we are planning to buy a new 5 series. Still waiting for a call back. Such a shame the customer service is not as good as the cars.

For sure we won't bother to contact Heathrow branch in the future.

My car had a service and MOT done at Berry Heathrow in May. It was recalled at that time too but Berry was adamant that they could not do the recall work on the same day as the service so I was forced to return a couple of days later for the recall work which was very inconvenient. They refused to deliver my car home so I had to leave work early and waste money on a cab in order to collect the car before closing. At no point did anyone apologise for the recall or inconvenience caused. Fast forward to August, the service light came on for ‚ÄúJuly 2018‚ÄĚ. It did not come on in June or July. When I called Berry I was advised that the service light needed to be reset and was told to take the car in on Saturday 11th August. Upon my arrival, the first thing I was told by the receptionist was that there was no time to accomodate me. Upon telling her that I was told to bring the car in that day, someone from the service department was called who checked my key to advise me that the car was indeed due for another service! No explanation was given as to why I was given incorrect information, why I had to have 2 types of service within months of each other and why the service light only came on in August for a July service! The car was thus booked in for today (18th August). Upon arrival and providing my car registration to the receptionist, I discovered from the service desk that my details were erased from the system. Someone else‚Äôs name, address and telephone number accompanied my car‚Äôs details on their system! I purchased my car from Berry and take my car there for servicing and MOT regularly, thus the appearance of another person‚Äôs details alongside my car registration implies a computer breach and is deeply concerning. No explanation was provided as to how this could have transpired. No concern was shown. The woman at the service desk simply repeated that she did not make the booking! The receptionist said the same and advised me that the manager would call me. The attitude of the staff is blas√© to say the least. Their incompetence and unprofessionalism is beyond astounding. Given the recent negative publicity surrounding BMW, one would expect that they would be concerned about their reputation and customer safety. Not so at Berry Heathrow. The one thing they are experts at is taking customers‚Äô money.

I recently took my bmw m3 e93 in for a power cable recall ,to the berry Heathrow west Drayton dealership as it was the only dealership I could get earliest appointment ,on arrival I was told the job would only take 2 hours , but to my surprise the dealership said it would take 9 hours. In fact they did a health check with out my permission they tried to force me to sign a disclaimer form for work I never authorised ,I explained I'm only here for the recall as I dropped my car at 8:30am advised would be done by 5pm ,I was told the job would only take 2 hours but the service adviser didn't care and said she could drop me to the nearest train station so I could get home then a gentlemen had his vehicle booked in for a MOT and was offered a lift home ,which was only 5 mins from my address as I saw the driver for the dealership put the customers postcode in the sat nav and asked if I could be dropped at his location so I could walk home from there ,when I asked the service advisor jessy can she have me dropped home she said no we never do that I can drop you to the station as I jumped in the dealerships drivers car and saw him put the other customers postcode in the sat nav I felt like I had been belittled and made a fool of and the service I had with the advisor gave me second thoughts if I should leave my vehicle in there possessions but i needed the job done asap as I didn't want the recall issue to cause any other damage to my vehicle made me feel uncomfortable to leave my £26000 bmw with a dealership that speaks with bad attitude to there customers I felt I was discriminated against ,because of my age and being a Asian man staff was not helpful and dismissed everything I said ,I am absolutely shocked a dealership could ,and would treat someone like this

I chose Berry Park Heathrow expecting the BMW High standard and guarantee for fixing a known seat belt tensioner airbag light problem prevalent in BMW Minis. For complete safety and peace of mind, I requested a full check of everything. I agreed to have the Airbag Seat belt tensioner light issue "THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED & RESOLVED" BY BMW due to safety concerns as I am not well. I said several times and I quote "Please check everything I want to be completely safe". After paying a considerable invoice I trusted BMW had solved what I would class as a critical issue being a Seat belt tensioner where driver safety is concerned.

The issue returned after 4 months of very limited driving. Berry Heathrow had quoted and claimed that they had removed the seat to replace the Tensioner. Having acquired some online knowledge of the exact issue I photographed the work BMW supposedly had carried out. To my utter disgust and dismay, the apparently replaced cable was casually hanging down, wrapped in insulating tape and a break in it fixed by an off the shelf wire connector. Having contacted BMW to further resolve an issue they HAD NOT resolved previously yet charged for in full I was casually told I would have to pay another £90 just for the privilege. Unbelievable!!!. Appalling, service, appalling response times no regard for human safety where critical components need complete replacement at a professional level.

User

I bought my beautiful BMW from this branch two years ago. After all this time I've never had any problems until I had an oil leak a few weeks ago due to a lose bolt. Naturally I took my car to the dealership where I bought it as I know they'll be able to fix it. Everything just went completely downhill after that. My car had to be powered showered but knowing the BMW team were doing this I had total faith, as who else do you trust with your car than the dealer themselves? That's when the all the real problems started after I had taken my car back. My car started cutting out constantly, the worst was when I was on the motorway. Took my car back to BMW after paying for the £99 investigation fee and £150 for the bolt that somehow came loose - I found out after another £99 of investigation that there was a problem with my nitrogen oxide sensor costing £600. After this was all fixed, the same day I drove off the forecourt and on the way home (thankfully on my own road!)... the car cuts out and refusing to start up. I think it was the 6th time I started it up and I managed to get it parked on the side of the road without everyone hurling abuse at me before it died again. The next day I insisted BMW come collect my car as traumatic as it is, I DO NOT want to drive my BMW anymore. My car was collected and taken back to BMW because clearly it wasn't that lovely nitrogen oxide sensor I just forked out money for. The next issue apparently wrong with my car was the fuel low pressure sensor - Quoted £150 to get this fixed. So I got it fixed as I needed to resolve these problems. What a mistake that was! As if anything couldn't get any worse, I get a fine through the post as when the BMW team came to collect my car and illegal turn was made and was fined £60. After calling up and getting this fine rectified, I expressed my concern as I still don't think my car is fixed and back to the car I used to drive. I was assured by Jesscia - the manager in the service department all the 'expert, senior, specialist technicians' have supposedly looked at my car. A few days later, on the day of my brothers wedding, I'm leaving to get to the wedding reception from the temple, my car cuts out with my family members stuck with me. So what am I supposed to do - take it back to be told there is another part that needs replacing and forking out unnecessary money on parts which aren't the issue. The decent think to do would be to give me a refund as evidently you still can't fix the problem. I'm 23 years old, scared to drive my car, put off BMW for life. Many thanks.

User

Couldn't even get them to call me back so I could book my car in for service. Could have been a lucky escape!

User

Called to book my mini country man for service and was told car is still under warranty & been extended until 2018 and won't pay for anything apart from wear & tear brakes tyres etc.

This morning when I took the car in for service I was told I need to pay £289 what a joke.

Was warned about this place , wish I listen to advise I was given.

Collecting car later and hope I won't be surprised with any unexpected news.

Will update later and see what happens.

User

Astonishingly poor aftercare. Sales manager (Philip) is too important to return a phone call and lies to his own customer service team that he has emailed us - I have an issue with my car that my local dealership in Milton Keynes are astonished got thorough their 'one million point check'. Buy from here at your own risk or at least go over the car with 5 fine tooth combs. My family have been buying BMWs since the 1980's - leaves a bitter taste - my next car won't be a BMW.

User

Apalling Service - Service Advisors I had to deal with were adamant, unreliable and not very customer centric. Accused me for a fault they couldn't find. Invoiced for a part and haven't fitted it. No response when I tried to reach out to them - had to contact BMW complaints department and hoping that it gets resolved soon. This is outrageous.

Couldn't even get them to call me back so I could book my car in for service. Could have been a lucky escape!
