The customer service provided by David Joseph was Trademark. His Manager Simon Philpott was equally amazing. They were very patient, transparent, ready to answer any questions and give me advice. It made me forget for a second how much I was actually spending on a car. I have never received this level of customer service and I must say it is impeccable.

That feeling when you could sit at your window for hours gazing at your new 1 series on the drive...I had the most amazing car buying experience with BMW Park Lane. After weeks of disappointment with a different dealer I decided to take the plunge and go for a different car all together and wow was it worth it!! My car was ready for me within a week and Jordan (sales executive) at Park Lane was amazing! The entire purchase was personal and the handover absolutely smashed my expectations. I highly recommend this stunning show room and friendly team to anybody thinking about a new car. I'm confident that I will return to BMW when it's time for a new one!

Picked up my M2 from BMW Park Lane at the weekend. It was Tom Godfrey who i'd been dealing with and have to mention the service was spot on. Tom, who also happens to own the same car, was not only able to get me an amazing deal, but also made the whole process so simple and transparent. No pushy sales tactics, singed and paid for on the same day and made a real effort on the handover day. He spent a good amount of time going through the ins and outs of how the car worked, iDrive etc. which was great as it was my first BMW. I'd happily send any future business to Park Lane and in particular, Tom. Thanks again!

I’ve bought my third car from there and the experience was 5 stars, there was no pressure in buying a car and the sales team were very helpful. They were happy to answer any questions and were pleasant. I’ve been to other Bmw show rooms which are franchises like Sytner and they are awful. Especially BMW Sytner Chigwell whom I’ve just had a nightmare experience with for a service. But if you want a car go to the original BMW showroom, that is BMW park lane. ��

I’ve been dealing with BMW Park Lane for 15 years and have bought many cars from them. Yesterday’s experience was excellent. We had a nice long test drive of a 740LE hybrid and was so impressed I bought the car! Can’t recommend the people or the product enough.

I don't usually write reviews but I've received such an amazing customer service from Chris Howard that I thought he deserved to be recognise for it. He explained and advised me on different options on the car and the insurance etc... Once I got the car, he called to make sure everything was good with the driving experience. Even when I had a slight problem with it, it was swiftly sorted out. So thank you Chris, looking forward to deal with you again.

Having bought a few motorbikes before, and having high expectations of BMW, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything from beginning to end has a class and luxury you just don’t get from other bike shops. The sales team are helpful and knowledgeable, and there was never any pressure for us to buy. But I did. It was delivered the day I asked and everything was easy and efficient. I’m sure my next bike will also be a BMW! Thank you, Giuseppe for all your help, and the rest of BMW Park Lane.

Special thanks to Scott Walker, for processing my enquiry and subsequent purchase quickly and professionally. Would certainly use you again without hesitation.

Always welcomed at the reception with a smile and question. Peter, who I see when visiting previous is always willing to answer any questions and to offer update on new development. Especially last year when they had a limited edition of certain models. Yesterday Tom was quick to offer coffee as Peter was busy. I was greeted by another Salesman on entering bike section (I think he was German ).

I decided to use BMW Park Lane to have work carried out on my car after a RTA last year although this garage wasn't approved by my insurers you think you would have trust in a BMW dealership.



I don't drive my car a lot as I live in London now and don't need to commute. The last few times I have decided to drive home I could tell that the steering just didn't feel right when driving. I decided to take my car to a garage to have the alignment checked on my wheels. After my car when through the diagnostics process, it displayed the rear wheels being completely off alignment. Now after a RTA where a driver went into the back of me and a company (BMW Park Lane) charges your insurance company nearly £3,500, you think all the checks would be made on the rear tyres etc for the car to be drivable. Not at BMW, when I clearly asked the wheels to be checked, this wasn't the case.



I am a very disappointed with the customer service provided here, the valet on the car wasn't even great but I thought I would let this slip as my main priority was to get my car back and not it's cleanness. I've had to pay for my wheels to be aligned when this should of looked into especially when I'm informed that until the car is opened up, they only quote on exterior and not interior damages.

Wow - how I have missed BMW customer service! A previous X5 driver, last time round I swapped to a Lexus hybrid. Time to change my car again, I pop in to look at and compare features of X3, X5 etc - having just been completely ignored by everyone in the store, then sneered at by the receptionist (could it have been the jeans, I wonder?) I remembered why I deserted BMW in the first place. Audi Q5 it is, then Shame on your lazy, presumptuous attitudes BMW Park Lane

My advice too anyone who is thinking of doing any business with bmw park lane in battersea is not to as they will never get back to you I've left several messages for chris mallouppas and all he has done is fogged me off just like before him john has done the same i think they injoy it i made arrangements for my car too be picked up by a recovery truck let them know about 4 hours in advance the truck would be there between 1-2pm when the truck arrived the driver was left for over half an hour no one came too see him at the same time i was on the phone trying to get hold of chris i really do not recommend bmw park lane battersea thier sevice stinks or should i say lack of it you've been warned.They have also left me out of pocket as i had to pay the recovery driver

I had very bad experience with BMW Park Lane, when I do the service , their staff remove my brand new iPhone 6 Plus from the boot and never returned! Since then I don’t buy, hire, recommend BMW any more! I can't believe such big company I deeply trusted doing this to me! bad

I am very disappointed with Leanne Delaney service from BMW Park Lane accessories department. She didn’t deliver the service which she has promised and I’ve experienced this twice. My items were not delivered on time and one of my items has still not arrived though she promised to get it delivered in January 2018 (which I ordered in October) and now it is already February 2018. I’ve been in touch with her and she said the item already came and was looking to deliver it but I still haven’t received it.

Have never been in such a place where I have been near enough ushered out of the door as you weren't interested! Waited two hours to speak to a sales person who then told me me he couldn't sell me a brand new car as he was a second hand sales person. Took my details and said he would get the new car salesperson to give me a call. Guess what - No call!!! Thanks for your amazing service BMW park lane!



I have since ordered and taken delivery of my very nice F10 M5 from Sytner Nottingham! I'd rather travel a 120 miles each way then ever give you my business.

My advice too anyone who is thinking of doing any business with bmw park lane in battersea is not to as they will never get back to you I've left several messages for chris mallouppas and all he has done is fogged me off just like before him john has done the same i think they injoy it i made arrangements for my car too be picked up by a recovery truck let them know about 4 hours in advance the truck would be there between 1-2pm when the truck arrived the driver was left for over half an hour no one came too see him at the same time i was on the phone trying to get hold of chris i really do not recommend bmw park lane battersea thier sevice stinks or should i say lack of it you've been warned.They have also left me out of pocket as i had to pay the recovery driver

I had very bad experience with BMW Park Lane, when I do the service , their staff remove my brand new iPhone 6 Plus from the boot and never returned! Since then I don’t buy, hire, recommend BMW any more! I can't believe such big company I deeply trusted doing this to me! bad

I am very disappointed with Leanne Delaney service from BMW Park Lane accessories department. She didn’t deliver the service which she has promised and I’ve experienced this twice. My items were not delivered on time and one of my items has still not arrived though she promised to get it delivered in January 2018 (which I ordered in October) and now it is already February 2018. I’ve been in touch with her and she said the item already came and was looking to deliver it but I still haven’t received it.

Have never been in such a place where I have been near enough ushered out of the door as you weren't interested! Waited two hours to speak to a sales person who then told me me he couldn't sell me a brand new car as he was a second hand sales person. Took my details and said he would get the new car salesperson to give me a call. Guess what - No call!!! Thanks for your amazing service BMW park lane!



I have since ordered and taken delivery of my very nice F10 M5 from Sytner Nottingham! I'd rather travel a 120 miles each way then ever give you my business.
