Mathilde is a fantastic osteopath. Helping me every time

I have had back pain and joint pain for quite a few years. Recently I started having treatments with mathilde @ body spheres and after 1 treatment I felt the pain relefe. I can already move more freely and I am able to exercise comfortably again :D thank you Body Spheres. Mathilde you are amazing !

I experienced osteopathy with Matilda for the first time whilst I was away on a fitness holiday in Lanzarote. It's clear that Matilda is highly qualified and knowledgeable when it comes to medical and physical complaints one might have. In addition to this, she is a very easy person to talk to and sensitive to the individual's needs. The treatment itself was enjoyable, and within a few hours, there was a noticeable affect on my body. Although I only received one treatment from Matilda, and despite living in a different country to her, I would definitely consider travelling for more treatments from her in the near future. Highly recommend.:)

I cannot recommend Body Spheres highly enough. Being very active in the gym and general fitness, I am constantly using my body in different ways. Having sessions with Mathilde at Body Spheres was the best thing I could have done to diagnose, and relieve any pain or niggles I may have. If you look after your body, it will look after you. Highly, highly recommended!! Thank you Mathilde and Body Spheres!
