I have been in the fitness business for 11years when I qualified as a level 3 PersonalTrainer. I went on to improve my scope of knowledge and trained for 2 years at The Northern School of Massage. I continued my studies in sports therapy and then set up a mobile business so that I could give my clients my time and quality of service that is essential when dealing with personal health.
