Special mention to Kelly Kelly Dos-Santos Pereira. Kelly has only been a member at Bodycare since the start of February but has already lost 6 pounds in weight! With the desire she’s shown to her exercise Kelly will be back to where she was before having children in no time 👍

What a fantastic start to 2019. Not only have our members been getting back into great shape after Christmas but every person we’ve had through the door this year to enquire about Bodycare have all become members! A fantastic stat that is largely down to the positive atmosphere our members create here and long may it continue when we go to our new site 🏆

From finding out all about your concerns in a guest visit to creating a specialist programme for you. The trainers will then take you through the programme to ensure there is only improvement. Congratulations to #lorrainehenderson who has worked really hard to improve her abdominal strength. Tonight she completed 3 sets of full v-sits, which as you all know, is a real toughy! Lorraine's overall fitness has greatly improved and her attendance is excellent.

Bodycare has been back with a buzz so far in 2019. The gym has been busy with both existing and new members getting into shape for the new year. The work on our brand spanking new premises is moving along nicely. It’s going to be a good year! 👍

Dear Members, It brings us enormous pleasure to confirm the location of our new premises!
286 High Road will be where Bodycare will be relocating to. Over the coming months lots of work will be done to convert what has been offices and an estate agent into a shiny new gym for us all. We expect to move at some point during March 2019, we will of course keep you in the know.
... We are very excited Bodycare’s latest project and the next chapter in our club.
We take this opportunity to say thank you for the unending support, loyalty and friendship you have shown to us over the past 12 months. We have never doubted how much Bodycare means to you all and this has kept us working hard towards building, quite literally, somewhere great for us to continue.
2019 looks sets to be a stormer and we can’t wait to see you all in the New Year.

Huge CONGRATULATIONS to #Lynnsmith for achieving her 2018 fitness goal!!! Many months back Lynn mentioned she would “quite like to be able to run”. We love a challenge and have been very impressed by the hard work and commitment made by Lynn every week taking steps towards her ultimate goal – running the 3 mile “Tarpots Loop”.
