✨Focus on all your senses, with no judgement. Be comp...letely present where you are.
✨Notice the colours around you, the air around your face, the smells surrounding you and the feeling of your feet in your shoes. Rather than judge, notice the sensations and be present in every moment.

My body is a temple and this place really epitomises what it is to feel good, look good and be Clean and Lean. You are invariably greeted by your first name, the staff are so smiley, cooperative and very engaging. Steve at the cafe is always cracking jokes and bringing a sense of enjoyment and feel good factor to the place. It is a place where serenity takes centre stage and where you feel much better leaving and entering. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Love this place! Best supplements, food and friendly staff. Currently taking beauty food and honestly started to see results/improvements to my hair, skin and nails within three days. I also have so much more energy throughout and now its a part of my routine I don't think I could do without it.

The staff were so amazing at guiding me on what supplements were best for me which made the whole experience feel really personal.

Unlike other 'boutique' fitness destinations - two things stand out here. 1) It's not pretentious and it isn't centered around "lifting" or "chiseling" - all the 'body-centric' disordered talk; it's all about WELLNESS, the staff are cheery, warm and engaging rather than cold and arrogant (we've all been to THAT gym, right?) 2) It's a FULL BODY experience; they don't just offer classes; they have a head-to-toe menu including facials, massages, and healing treatments. It seems like they understand the wholistic method of health; treating the body; and not just fragmented pieces. The cafe is divine and the food is wickedly delicious; you can tell tremendous thought was put into the menu. Sarah, the Pilates instructor, is an absolute doll and so very caring and gentle; she's suitable for beginners who might be shy with Pilates all the way to the steely folk who want some fight. Hoping this opens stateside soon!

I popped in today for a smoothie bowl and the lady who was serving me was very rude and also my breakfast wasn't the best. Too many nuts and I think the granola wasn't vegan even though she assured me it is.
