Went in for a quick drink and something to snack on and found myself wanting to stay as I didn't expect the great food and atmosphere. The vibe was great with the DJ (cute blonde woman) playing some fav 90's classics. Fyi, I'm not been paid for this, Lol. I'm genuinely pleased. Thanks Boogaloo team!

Was nonstop music on saturday the dj's were awesome - couldnt find myself of the dance-floor great staff all round! �my mum enjoyed herself too�

There is a group of attending every Monday for life drawing and it a really nice experience each week! The staff are really friendly and there is a great selection of drinks at the bar. We often spend some time in the main bar after our session finishes to enjoy whatever entertainment they have on. Highly recommend this place!

The comedy night is excellent for both performers and guests... The MC is probably one of the best MC's in London, keeping the atmosphere high and the audience interested.



I performed here and loved the intimate setting... The audience was pretty much sitting on top of you! All the acts were excellent and I am very much looking forward to performing here again!

The boogaloo used to be a North London little secret, now it's not! The boss is cool, the staff are cool the beer is fantastic and it's different every day x boogaloo I salute you!!!

Super friendly & welcoming & the music was just wonderful. Dancing feets! Totes thumbs up from this girl from the North. X

Really good buffalo chicken wings - quite possibly the best in London alongside Orange Buffalo. Which is ironic given the guys who make the wings at Boogaloo have a kitchen right next to that of Orange Buffalo off Brick Lane! Though the wings here are different - not saying these guys are copy cats!



Good heat, very crispy, quite meaty for a British wing, excellent sauce and very good blue cheese sauce. Only downside is no wipe!

Really genuine rock n roll little pub. Awesome to go dancing or hang out in the beer garden. Can get a little overcrowded on weekend and you might not be let in....

One of the best bars in the world!!! Incredible music and great people. No attitude!!! Miss it!!

Great jukebox, fabulous atmosphere, the best bands and wonderful owners and staff, you can't beat The Boogaloo!

Have visited the Boogaloo a couple of times now, most recently last night to see Cronin play. Beautiful place with lovely atmosphere. Music was brilliant and the staff were jolly and efficient. Highly Recommend

Had a great night here, will definitely be back.

Great place to chill. Lovely garden space with heated lounge.

Came here to watch Georgy DJ! Had a great night! Danced the night away with my husband all the way from California! Definitely will come back here if and when we visit again. Great bartenders and great environment. Thanks!!

Really friendly staff, stopped in every day (sometimes twice) while staying in Highgate over the Summer bank holiday

Guinness Extra night Cold was brilliant. Lovely themed acting nig. Top place. Bar staht brought to you by Elizabeth of Strichin Fiction. Lovely Beer Garden, food was delish, chicken wings and dips galore. Bar staff were fun and quick. Boom.

Great eclectic mix of bistros, retro furniture and interesting architecture- hopefully restored before its too late

The bouncers told us we couldn't come on because our friends were black. Absolutely disgusting. No place for that in this day and age. Reported them to the police. Steer clear of this place if you're not white and wealthy!!! Disgusting!! Look out for the Irish bouncer he's aggressive and dangerous!

I'd been at Boogaloo in the evening around 8pm and when I returned at 11pm a red-headed security guard had let in a group of people but we (following right behind) were told we had to pay £5 entry when they paid nothing. When we questioned him, he had no answer except that we had to pay. He was rude, dismissive and confrontational and his attitude to local residents was really quite disappointing . No wonder people are abandoning Boogaloo as their local pub and going elsewhere- it's not the place it used to be ! It used to be reliable place to go and it's not worth paying entry on the outskirts of London. Plus the people who front the pub are extremely rude!
