Easter is around the corner !
Keep your pets safe this EASTER! Avoid an unnecessary trip to the vets, keep chocolate out of reach of pets and avoid lillies, pets are very attracted to both! And they can be fatal! Take care this Easter everyone! 🐥🐇🥚🍫💐

CHANGE TO HOURS
We were hoping that Saturdays we could be available longer to you all. Due to changing circumstances we can no longer do that, so we will be taking calls and available for URGENT medication collections until 12 noon. Our usual out of hours will then be available.

In the wild and some domesticated dogs are able to express their own anal glands by passing firm faeces. Some will often scoot along the floor which applies pressure to help release this, and some may even empty their glands through fear/nervousness response.
Although there are some dogs who need regular anal gland emptying carried out by one of our team.
Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 crisis we are unable to continue to offer this service at this time.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - Booster/Annual Vaccinations
While we are on lockdown for 3 weeks we are not doing Booster Vaccinations.
We understand the importance of vaccinating and we are assured that for now in our current situation waiting 3 weeks past your pets vaccination date will not be detrimental to its health.
... **1st and 2nd vaccines (initial course) will be postponed until 3 week lockdown has been lifted. Therefore we advise rabbits and cats to be kept indoors to prevent the risk, and dogs should only be taken out to the garden (not shared with other unvaccinated dogs) and be kept indoors to limit the risks.**

Non urgent medications such as Flea and Worming treatments we will post to you. We know some feel they wish to collect from the surgery as they are going out for food anyway BUT we are urging to take our delivery option where possible and stay indoors.
