You read about this place. You see the photos. But you really have to walk in and experience it in person to believe it - a quite brilliant idea supremely well executed, and very well run. Be prepared to tread on a few balls though ....

Excellent food, certainly not the worst bar prices in London, great atmosphere, and just loads of fun if you can handle the noise !

User

Would highly recommend this place. Words can’t describe the experience. Far beyond expectations at this seriously attractive venue. Superb staff and service.

What a great place!!! Great fun and different!! Excellent night out or stop off 👌🏻

I’m not into table tennis at all, and haven’t played since school days many moons ago; but I have to admit that we (work outing) had a great time. Good food and service, followed by making a fool of yourself on the tables 😀

User

Great night out after work. Although there was just the two of us we didn't have to wait to long for a table and had drinks at the bar (a bit pricey for two sprits though).

I love the way the staff collected the balls (I need one in my life)! Farringdon branch was buzzing, smile, laughter all round. Even spotted a private ping pong room. The only downside is that we should of booked for an hour instead of half!!

User

For sure the coolest place i have been in a while , like minded people having fun, staff included , great music , great ambience and good value for the whole experience , a pint , 3 cokes , hotdog , 2 pizzas , 1.30 hours of wonderball all for £76 brilliant il be back

Buzzing !

Music , venue , cocktails

Love the fact the staff pick up your balls !

Ping pong at its laziest . Genius 👌

Can’t wait to return .

User

Super easy to locate, and being so close to the tube you'd be crackers not to make a booking or chance your arm as a walkin. Especially with the interactive wonderball tables, it not only hightens the elated mood but will continue the flow of a fantastic night out. Plus they served food with the table as an extra, so you've really no reason to stop drinking or find a dodgy kebab house.

User

Had a great time at Bounce Farringdon. The change over on table bookings is a little slow and eats into your time on the table but other wise staff and service is great.

We had a fab corner table and everyone had a really enjoyable night. We’ll definitely be back.

User

Farringdon on Friday 13th. Good time had by all, shown to tables on time, friendly staff, overall, a very pleasing experience.

User

Good place, games guru was very assertive and kept us all in order but.....I don't think that it is very good value for money and that has led me to giving a 3* rating. That said, I did enjoy it.

Watch your drinks...the staff take them away !!

We walked in and were blown away by the layout and the electric atmosphere- lots of laughs and smiles everywhere.

But then my time was ruined when my very expensive and just over half full beer got cleared away by the staff !! And my friends drink which was next to it !!

Then, with the next round, it happened again !! This time with 5 unfinished drinks. These drinks were not miles away from us, they were right by us but of course we were distracted because we were playing ping pong !

A disappointing side to an otherwise excellent experience.

What an absolute shit hole went last night for a birthday event the bouncers watch you in the toilets even under the door in the cubicle then search you and accuse you of taking drug's! I've never been so embarrassed in my life I was fuming then they searched 2 of my mate's for blowing their noses for the same reason never again!!!!

User

We had a huge group on the table next to us which resulted in lots of them standing behind us. This made it difficult to play properly without bashing into them. Also, our drinks kept being clearing away by the staff before we had finished them. We would go back to our drinks between points and they were gone!!! Staff were pushy about us opening a tab for additional drinks and inferred it was a requirement.

I arranged with a friend to meet at Bounce at old street on the last friday of September as I'd taken the day off and travelled into London solely to go to Bounce. Unfortunately it appeared closed at just after 2PM , despite the website ( and sign on the door) indicating it should've been open since midday. I went inside and was told that I couldn't play. When I added that my friend and I had travelled in specifically to play ping pong, I was met with a shrug. Very disappointed in the level of communication from the website and in the apathy of your staff to my situation.

User

Despite me calling in advance and being told that they close at 11pm I was forced to leave at 10:15pm because they wanted to close early. If I knew I would be asked to leave at 10:15pm I would not have crossed town to come. Very dissaponting and not nice to be bullied by a random bouncer looking for trouble.

Celebrating a friends 25th birthday with a large group (20 people) we were excited to head to Bounce for a 7.30 reservation. As soon as we walked into the venue we felt extremely victimised, possibly because we were a large group of young people who appeared to have fun. The bar staff were kind and helpful and always had a smile on their face, however the security staff made the experience very unpleasant. Of course, in an environment like this I would expect strict security with rules and of course security who are aware of anti social or concerning behaviour, however our group did nothing of the sort. Yes as a large group around a table, we could appear to be a concern, however we were not drinking excessively and if you spoke to us I hope we would appear as a nice group of people. The constant rudeness from security staff about where I was stood, or where a friend was sat was irritating, but the tip of the iceberg came when one of our friends was pulled into a room and searched for drug use. Now, I agree this is something that staff need to take seriously, but if you listened and took note of people’s appearance and personality you would know this was certainly not the case. After then abusing and screaming at this boys girlfriend when she asked if he was ok, we felt it was time to leave. That’s when we found out that a twitch that this person has had since he was young, something which has affected him personally, was used against him as a clear sign of drug use and he was humiliated in front of a large crowd for it by security staff. I won’t go into details of other things that happened, but it is in our email. We left at that point, and certainly won’t be returning. We have spread the word about this disappointing experience to many of our London connections (lots of the group work in PR) and hope that this is something you seriously reflect on as an organisation.

Booked this venue ages ago when the matches were announced for the England Vs Belgium match.

Expected a painless and professional process of getting to the venue and watching my country play.

Instead I come to a massive queue, and doing a stupid one in one out policy. Rather than book a venue to strict capacity they’ve decided to overbook and waste peoples time by making them not watch the game as they stand outside the place!

Wasted mine and my friends time & money travelling from Berkshire for this crap. Unacceptable!
