The Conservative Association for the Bracknell Parliamentary Constituency

Like any volunteer organisation the Backnell Conservative Association is only strong and effective if it has a group of active members. If you wish to get involved with campaigning you can do so at a number of levels depending upon the amount of time you wish to spend.

You may be interesting in becoming a candidate and standing for election, be a campaigner and help canvassing and delivering, or you may wish to attend events and hear visiting speakers.

We also welcome people to help: run social events, keeping records, campaign and recruit new members.

As a Deliverer you would be responsible for an area of houses and would undertake to deliver newsletters to those houses when needed (probably four times a year - plus extra deliveries at election time).

As a Canvasser you carry out surveys /canvassing in your area in order to gain information about the electorate’s voting intentions, worries and concerns, etc. This information enables us to campaign effectively and helps to increase our membership base.

We do value the quiet loyal membership of those want to support the Party by simply giving their annual subscription. Every year we organise many varied social events helping to raise funds as well as bringing enjoyment to everyone involved.
