Some of my girlfriends and I went yesterday on the 1pm slot for sno-tubing. Our instructor was so funny and nice, we had the best time.

Have to say, where was the snow... it was in the car park but not on the slopes haha

Best day out and would recommend to anyone for all shard!

User

Really good sno-tubing department. Great for parties x

User

Our ski instructor was so good. The kids loved it great family day out x

User

My little one has been coming for Five lessons now. She is learning so fast and Emily her instructor is just outstanding. Much more cost effective than a Snow dome and instruction better as they do groups and one on one. Look out for the deals on Six or Twelve lessons. Your little ones will be flying in no time.

Just got home from the open fun day, we had a fantastic day made better by all the awesome staff there, they were so friendly polite and welcoming and were great with the kids. Major downside was how rundown the centre was, can't believe they still have the 1960's pink bathroom sinks and toilets......staff made up for it though. Thanks again, boys can't wait to go on the snowboard and ski camp in May.

User

Had a great day the staff were great . I would recommend it .

User

Great place. Get some ski experiance. See you soon. Thank you.

User

Great evening for the whole family, staff were really friendly and helpful

User

Fantastic day out , well worth it , kids loved it staff where fantastic thanks everyone i will definatley be returning with the family

User

We had a taster ski lesson on Bank Holiday Monday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful. Our instructor, Martin was very patient with us novices. The building and ski slopes did look very tired and worn but that didn't spoil our experience

User

Michael the instructor was great with the kids. I do however think that the facilities and slopes could do with a refurbish. If they spent some more money on it they would get even more people coming to use it. But was still a great way to spend an hour.

User

It's very good but even after thirty years or more on skis I think carpet is harder work than the usual dry slope surface. Maybe give it another try soon

User

Came here for a second snowboarding lesson and really enjoyed it. Jay and Faith were both great. Will definitely be back.

It does look like the slope material needs a little investment and cleaning the boots and boards wouldn't go amiss!

User

We went snow tubing there last night and had a great time !

Staff were very helpful but facilities are run down, tired and in need of a revamp

User

Staff are fab both at the slope and ice rink but all of the facilities are falling apart! Large parts of the building are literally held together by gaffa tape. It's how I imagine a Soviet era building in the poorest part of eastern Europe to be.

User

Same as other reviews. The staff are excellent, but the facilities are looking worn...very worn.

It needs a massive injection of cash.

User

It's a bit tired and in need of a new surface. 'Scruffy' would describe it. Very friendly and helpful staff though.

User

Would be so much better if they spent money on the ski surface. It was utterly dreadful and 50% bald!!! I can ski and I could not ski on this!!! Gave up after 10 mins. The building isn't much better but could forgive this if the ski surface was better. Such a shame because would come here regularly if the facility was better

User

Staff are fantastic in both facilities but the rink and it's exterior hasn't changed since the heady days of the Bees v the Slough Jets. I hadn't been back for 25 years and it's all extactly the same, the ski slopes as well hadn't changed which is a real shame as the place was state of the art in the past.

As I said before can't fault the staff who are doing a great job with their hands tied behind their backs.
