Very poor service, house is poorly maintained and any issues are not dealt with, or dealt with slowly. Agents give anyone access without notice or warning, and do any repairs to a bare minimum. Have spent weeks without heating/water, have had a leaking ceiling with falling plaster for 12 months and a bees nest in the wall and floor since before the tenancy started which they won't have removed. Was told tenancy would be for several years but a demolition application was applied for within months of moving in and the house had been illegally let. Very unprofessional and have had to involve environmental health, the MP and ombudsman to get them to act.

You guys were amazing and so supportive during such a stressful time! Love the family attitude you have, you're not bitchy towards the other estate agents like some can be and you were always on the other end of a call or text for advice. I will definitely recommend you.
