Used this website to find a hard to find car part.was located up north in just a day.payed through PayPal.ordered Sunday and arrived well wrapped on Tuesday.great service

I needed a drivers side seat belt clip think, apparently, it goes under the seat and the belt clips into it. The one in our car was broken and a new one was £220 before fitting.

I put out a plea on breakers yard and within two hours had 3 quotes. I bought the first one for £27 including postage.

I received it, well packaged, within 3days. I am very pleased and saved loads of cash.

Great site I used them very straight forward an items delivered next day no problem an good prices highly recommend will use again if I need any more second hand car parts

Fantastic company! I was quoted £140 for car parts for my Vauxhall Corsa by CMS motors in Dagenham, I went on your website and requested the same parts and was quoted £25 by Vauxcentre in Romford. Ive saved nearly £115 by using your online search database! Thank you for all your help.

Brilliant website and network. To buy the part for my car brand new was £855. From a supplier £73.80. Ordered it Monday morning and was delivered to me the following morning!

Breakeryard are absolutely amazing. So helpful. Had some great deals. Will most defiantly be using them again. Would highly recommend to everyone. 😀👍

Used the quote service and got quotes, I used the 07 number to call for details of the parts, both times they said they'd call me back, when they'd checked to see if the part I wanted was actually the part they had, I even posted a picture of the part, and never did. I am aware of the cost of the calls and would have been happy to pay it if I'd got the part but I've forked out over £6 on calls and got nothing!!!!!!!

I have had a bad experience with a dealer connevted to this company. I paid for a Wing for my Kia over 6 weeks ago, and despite numerous phone calls to CAR AND VAN PARTS DIRECT, I have still not got the Part. On asking for a Consignment number for delivery, I am given loads of excuses and promises to phone back. I think Trading Standards need to know of this set up, which I will make it my business to do if I don't get a satisfactory answer within the next couple of days. Patricia Cowie

its a scam, they asked me to call a 0701 number and it's on hold for ages, just realised the cost of the call, is more than the part is worth. If they were honest and upfront on the call cost, id appreciate it, but nowhere except on this page can you find that information !

Well, after reading the Breakeyard response to Martin Neeves complaint about the hidden Premium call rate, I thought I'd give it a go and do as suggested, go for a refund of the £36.24 it cost me to order some body panels. No great surprise, I've not even had an acknowledgement let alone a refund.

WARNING - You pay to do business with Breakeryard. Its like going into a High Street shop that advertises the kind of goods you want, but you have to pay the moment you walk through the door and keep paying until you find they don't sell it. You want to speak to someone about it, you pay more. You want to take goods back because they're faulty, you pay more.

Bottom line, you wouldn't even cross the threshold to find out if you knew this was the case but

its exactly how this site works.

To not advise up front that you are paying a Premium Rate to do business with them is dishonest and is deservedly called a scam...

They are soo rude . The number they give you to call they charge you for that and don't answer put you on hold.

Pure scam! I purchased a part from this company which was damaged I am still awaiting my refund when I contacted them and they didn't even care they just made excuse after excuse this is not acceptable!

Breaker yard push you to talk to the trader and they are not interested either, it's cost me £50 and a load of hassle. I can't keep chasing it, I'll be pursuing a refund through PayPal and I'd advise avoiding this service at all costs.

Had a quote from Mopart.......phoned them twice to purchase the part to be told the guy dealing with it would phone back.....still waiting 3 days later so used 1stChoice for same part and Mopart quoted £250.00 more for the same part.....What a joke

Got a quote for a new engine so I decided to ring the actual breakers company direct after googling there contact number (instead of paying a fortune for the 0701 number) turns out the company supplying the engine doesn't even have the 1 I need at its yard... Safe to say I'll be avoiding this website in future. Something just doesn't seem right.

BEWARE of breakeryard dot com. Their phone numbers are all premium rate (even though there is no text near the phone numbers to inform you of this). Also, when I phoned their premium rate number, I was actually enquiring about a non-existing part as the part had been sold BEFORE the notification e-mail was sent to me. I was told by the salesman that parts often take a long time to be removed from the computer system, so people often phone up about non-existent parts. Nice way to make money - if you're a crook, that is. ABSOLUTE SCAM!
