Wow. What an experience. Never had Reiki but after feeling unwell for a while decided to give it a go. What happened was truly amazing. Will definitely be back!! Thx Tracy you are one lovely lady!!!

The treatment received by Tracy at Breathing Space is second to none! From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.

The treatment room is relaxing, smells wonderful and is superbly relaxing not to mention homely due to its distance from resembling a clinical environment.

Upon arrival Tracy took the time to run thorough my medical history (which in itself took a long time), she did this with understanding and professionalism.

Whilst undergoing the Aromatouch treatment I was soothed with relaxing music, similar to what I would use to meditate, all in all the experience was amazing.



Following the treatment I made certain that I took Tracy’s advice and increased my fluid intake- she did say that I may experience headache for up to 48- I didn’t. What I did experience for the next 3 days were the best nights sleep I have had in 12 years! I felt refreshed, revitalised and well rested.

I now use some bespoke blends that Tracy has specifically blended for me- I diffuse them, apply them to pulse points, bathe in them and even ingest them! I have never felt quite so alive!

Thank you Tracy- Breathing Space is just what I needed! Now........ for my next appointment and my slim & sassy � blend!

So on a cold January night, a little oasis of tranquility and calm was found. A truly relaxing treatment using essential oils specific to me. Tracy listened to what I wanted from my treatment and tailored it just to suit, perfect. Beautiful treatment room and surroundings....Tracy put me at ease immediately. I can’t wait to come back and would happily recommend a visit to Breathing Space.

It’s not like me to lie still for longer than a few minutes and I only had my first massage last year so still quiet uncomfortable with someone touching me etc. This was my 3rd ever visit to something like this and 2nd go at Reiki and my first visit to Tracy and I can’t recommend the whole experience enough!!!



Tracy was amazing, putting me at ease and helping me feel comfortable. The Reiki experience was mind blowing and I felt and experienced deep deep feelings I wasn’t expecting. I will be booking regularly and can’t wait to go again.
