Love this shopping centre. Such a big advantage of the free parking facility whereas paying £7-£10 at Westfield! Brilliant shops & restaurants there. Have been here about 4-5 times now and will never get bored of Brent Cross!

User

I've been shopping here for as long as I can remember. Still the best place to shop in North London, decent shops and restaurants and free parking. Only thing is I miss the fountain and wooden animals (as most people do )

User

I love love Brent Cross, been going there since forever !

User

Great selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. Plenty of parking and also car wash service provided if u require it

User

Both myself and my daughter just love this place. Has free parking easy to get to. The layout of this shopping centre is better than Westfields and has all the shops we both love. Our favourite being Victoria Secret. We are known in there by staff and always feel welcome when we visit. Only downside is getting my 14 year old back out of there. Wish it had Debenhams instea of fenwicks which I don't like. But we still visit centre at least once per month 💜

User

It was a big I'm from all to everybody who wanted to come shop and I thought it was absolutely big and it had lots of variety and lots of care put into it and it was massive and I haven't been there for god knows how long big place lots to do and good fun ps I think I might have hit the ceiling

User

First time visiting last Saturday and was fairly impressed tbf. It was nice to take a break from Westfield. Only downside was there being no Urban Outfitters, COS or Uniqlo. But all in all its a decent place to link up with mates or browse at your own leisure. Fenwick makes up the extra point!!👌🏻

User

Bent Cross is not all that bad as they maken shopping better and cleaner but the stores could be better as the only bus is the 102 from Edmonton Green and it takes 2 hours to get to the center maken it better I be come across a lot more

User

I received a £5 gift voucher in my inbox on my birthday from The Body Shop. Even though it expired after one month Liya still accepted the code and I got a lovely Almond Hand and Nail cream tube.

Wifi can improve.

I like the seating area in the corridors.

I like free parking and close proximity that Brent Cross provides.

Some items is too deer and pricey. Food and clothing. £3.90 for churros in a cup? No way.

When is Subway going to open a branch in Brent Cross Shopping centre?

User

As local residents we have been shopping there for the last three decades. We love it to bits. Local and convenient. But.....

Comparing with shopping centres in other countries, even compared with modest Val del'Europe, outside Paris, selections of shops and restaurants are poor.

Right in the midst of Tokyo city centre we can have £15 3 course Italian at elegant shopping mall, followed by refreshments at Cafe Deux Magot of Paris in the same building. England is nearer to Europe but yet I see more European shops and restaurants open in Tokyo than London.

Let's compare it with Val del'Europe which is connected to Shopping outlets similar to Vicester Village, it makes it even more attractive. There is Aquarium in the same premises and it's one stop to Euro Disneyland. Even Westfield has Kidzania within and O2 centre has Vue cinema.

Hope Brent Cross regeneration will make much loved shopping centre competitive and more attractive.

Instead of Mac, I want American pancake's Bill's and instead of Wagamama and Yo Sushi which are awful imitation of Japanese, good European restaurants such as Poulard of Mt Saint Michel (we have a branch in Tokyo too) and grand Paul Cafe like in Singapore Takashimaya will appear.

And yet again, I just learnt that Europe's biggest Japanese superstore will launch in Westfield. Wish you get rid of Mock Japanese restaurants owned by non Japanese and go for real one.

User

Yuk didn't like it at all. Too hot, too busy and way too expensive. Too many boutiques type shops. Not much variety too many high end shops. Watford is much better

User

This is aimed at Zara only

Very bad customer service 13 people in a queue one person on till at 10.40 am. When i asked the lady to get more people on till she said someone willl come at 11am left my items (5 clothing items).

How do they even cope amazes me

Since November 2017 I have suffered discrimination, bullying harassment from one of the links of London Brent Cross staff and the worse only Brent Cross management team ban me unfairly because of my feedback towards this staff from Links of London... and the funny it is that Links of London never ban me from their store while Brent Cross management team ban me from the all shopping centre...

Before Brent Cross management violates again my rights and freedom of speech let me be clear that this is customer FEEDBACK ... hopefully Brent Cross management team don’t violets again my rights as a customer... also I feel so sorry that very few staff has to deal with this management team that abuses people’s rights and the human rights act ...

User

Santa’s grotto is terrible! Cheap and so low key it’s a garden shed! & bring back the Christmas tree & proper decorations too!!!!

User

Perhaps if you are going to check bags and individuals you should employ more security staff so your customers don't have to wait upwards of 10 minutes to shop and spend money!!!

User

My mother was given a Brent Cross gift voucher and when she finally went to use they told her it had expired, the trouble is the only place it tells you it has a 12 month limit is actually hidden from plain site under the plastic card. Very poor place to put this vital information. I do believe this is a major trading standards fault with this item this information should be viewable without having to take the plastic card of of the gift voucher card. I have looked at other vouchers like M&S and they have this info printed on the actual back of the gift voucher card in view not hidden. This is very wrong and as far as I'm concerned plantant theft.

User

Horrible place people are so up themselves never going back again

User

Ex British army veteran feedbacks are classified as a criminal offence from brent cross staff ..

User

Don't buy gift cards once expired Brent Cross will keep your money and will not extend the deadline! Pure theft!!!!
