Well all the hard work came together and we did it! Officially a world record holder!

This evening we joined our brothers and sisters in a world record attempt for the largest beer tasting over all of our sites. Thanks to all that came down and took part. Guinness World Records

We brewed our next seasonal Illustrator(Black IPA) last week as a collaboration with Solvay Society. We didn't want to much roasted aroma from our Black malt, but all the colour, so it went in at the latest possible stage - you can see the top layer on our spent grain bed.
