We haven’t posted in a while because we have been just so busy with all our amazing children that are progressing so well!
We couldnt be without our amazing volunteers if it wasnt for them we couldnt continue with our classes and they also need a break sometimes
... We are on the hunt again for keen volunteers to help us one night a week, tuesday (5.30-6.30) anyone looking for an evening out of the house or people needing to complete voluntary work with children or Anyone completing their hours for DOE?

BRIDLE are still looking for a very quiet 11.2/12.2 pony, for use in our weekly sensory classes. PM if you know of anything suitable 🐴🐴

Volunteers desperately required for our sensory sessions this evening, Tuesday 10th June from 5-6. These classes are designed for children with special needs. As we use ponies it would be great if any horsey people out there could help, but it is not essential. The basic requirement being a kind heart ❤️

Contemplating the week ahead for our pony sensory class tomorrow evening and the exciting educational activities we have planned.
What most people may or may not know, is that each activity we plan is a well thought out task with key objectives in supporting each child’s development.
There are many benefits to being involved with or around horses. No matter the age or level of experience. Here are just a few outlined in this picture, which we continue to build on at each child’s own individualised pace.

🎠Last night at our sensory experience we decided to try something new, BUBBLES!! 🎠
🎠The kids loved the bubbles so much that we ran out! We will have to get double the bubbles for next week. What an exciting end to the evening, after the kids had completed activities on their ponies.🎠
... ✴️Bubbly fun was had by all, volunteers and children alike✴️
🐴We look forward to another fun filled evening next Tuesday. 🐴

🐴🐴 Pony Profile 🐴🐴
⭐️Everyone meet one of our very special sensory ponies Buzz! He is named after one of our favourite disney characters Buzz Lightyear. This is because he is extremely loyal to his pony friends and the kids who ride him. ⭐️
Buzz is a lovable boy who looks after every rider no matter what age or experience! Buzz’s favourite activity is the music station.... This is where the kids make lots of noise with instruments (sometimes we find buzz singing along.)
🐴 here is a video of buzz on the way out to the field this evening after our sensory class, stopping at the car to get his treat 🐴
⭐️⭐️⭐️Great progress with all our kids tonight continuing towards their own individual milestones. Cant wait to see you all next week.⭐️⭐️⭐️

A super evening was had by all who attended our pony sensory class!!😃
Today children worked on a variety of skills whilst on and off the ponies including matching shapes, colours and threading straws. Everyone is also enjoying building on their horse riding skills such as holding the reins and leading the ponies. Some even got a peak at our new arrival 👀🐴
It’s fantastic to see all the kids making great progress towards their own personal goals. ⭐️

A GREAT evening was had by all who attended Tuesday evenings sensory horse sessions. The kids participated in a range of activities which included grooming, leading and riding. All our riders had great fun doing a variety of sensory activities on horseback, shown in the photos below.
Everyone is making great personal progress with some doing their first trot and others having their first positive experience around a pony.
