Staff friendly and helpful and explain things clearly. Looked after me with a nice cup of tea whilst I waited for MOT.

Just brought my new car from them. Dealt with John. He was really help full. The car was delayed in arriving at the branch. He kept me updated with what was happening. He has called me this evening to check all was ok. A huge thank you to John for his help �

I visited on the 18th having made an appointment for 1.30 for the first class event. When I arrived it was understandably very busy however it was rather unorganised as there was no one around to greet you and tell that you were there and say where you needed to wait so a little unorganised. Also I am disabled and the only disabled parking spots had cars for sale parked in them. This was very inconvenient as disabled drivers need bays wide enough to open car doors fully in order to get out with ease, also so you can park close enough to the entrance.

However when I did manage to speak to someone I was lucky enough to be dealt with by Harry who was excellent. He was extremely helpful and dealt with me efficiently. So apart from initial confusion a very positive visit.

Great team, great service, great coffee! Thanks guys.

Cannot fault the service from this branch, particularly Magdalena from Service, Parts and Repairs dept. Her professionalism, care and empathy towards customers makes her an asset. Also the technician dealing with my car, Barry. Documented and evidenced all the work that needed carrying out so I can dispute repairs against another mechanic and did without question. Will be bringing my Peugeot back to this dealership every time it needs an MOT, service or repair etc purely due to the service received by these two people alone. An absolute asset to the company. Many many thanks :-)

After having 2 years of bad service from another Peugeot dealership, which left me with little or no expectation of brand Peugeot, I was very very satisfied. Despite a slight mistake on my booking which meant I had to book my car in on another day, I am totally satisfied with the service team at this dealership!



They arranged transport home and back again to collect my car for me which was totally not expected and really lovely, kept me appraised with any advisories and didn't pressurise me into getting them done then and there like previous dealer did- and when I did go ahead with the work it was done the same day, they Washed and vac'd my car and she was good to go.



Very impressed and has restored my faith in Peugeot even after the little hiccup at the beginning this was quickly sorted.



Magdalena and the other lady (I'm sorry I forgot to take it) and the rest of the team looked after me and I will be recommending Bristol street motors to my friends.

I wad delivering a car and o was kept eating 40 mins

Bought my car in April with help from Alex he was very good, however I was promised a second key have phoned numerous times always with the promise they would call me back ....how long is reasonable to wait for a call back?? have driven there three times (once for a problem with side mirrors which they fixed straight away .. brilliant) but each time been told it's on order ....... Still waiting .... was also promised some fuel by Dave ...... still waiting ..... feeling annoyed and frustrated!!!
