Wow, is all I can say, our cake was amazing looking and tasting, thank you. The service was great, that element of surprise, outstanding.

Whilst browsing for our next cake we saw a few not so nice reviews; we order at least 3 times per year and because we had been a customer since 2009 and never had any issues we want to speak about our experience. My wife found "Brixton Cake Shop" through a friend one the 1st occasion when they just started in new Cross, the cake was exactly what we wanted, it was simple, delicious, good value - working with them was great. We must have ordered over 100 cakes for friends and family and done many recommendations over the years as they were always very responsive and accommodating even when we thought we were taking up their time lol as we never want to order the same cake over and over. So coordinating cakes was always easy. They always worked directly with us and there was no issues. They grew as a very reputable business and getting to know each staff member makes us feel at home when we walk in.



Brixton cake Shop is a definite recommend in terms of getting a nice cake as well as supporting our own. Not many Caribbean people doing positive things.

Ordered a cake short notice on Tuesday, I pleaded with the guys as it was such short notice & they had it ready for me on Wednesday evening. The cake looked lovely but looks is not everything...when I cut the cake & tasted it I was pleasantly surprised. This cake was "out of this world" I could not fault it at all, all 12ins of it was divine!! I am definitely a happy customer! The customer service was very good also & I have no complaints whatsoever. If you deal with people correctly in return they should do the same & I'm pleased to say this was the case. Well done guys

Bought a Rum cake for my daughters Baptism and it was one of the best I've had. All the way from Essex to South London for cake... it's a must! The never dissapoint me

After buying my fourth cake from this shop for this year . I wasn’t disappointed at all with buying my first Christmas cake . The flavours with the rum and the texture lord you people are always on point . I highly recommend these cakes you will never be disappointed.

I bought cupcakes today just to check this place out, the cake itself was nice but the pink icing was bitter & disgusting. I think those cakes need to be checked and thrown away!!!

Customer service is poor - I was told I could whatsapp images and the text for the cake, this was not picked up and no one bothered to call, at times staff were rude over the phone



The cake looked very pretty, but it was worse than supermarket cake mix, very disappointing as I could have spent 1/3 of the price and had less of a negative experience



Beware of the 'Late' collection fee, it's very steep!
