I have my brows threaded and tinted by Amber regularly and she is amazing at them! A few years ago I had a massive gap inbewteen my brows due to shaving half of one off.. they never grew back the same! But Amber managed to shape them once they had grown back! And I always feel so much better about myself after having my brows done by her! I would recommend her to anyone who wants their brows looking good�

I had a brow resurrection with amber at the Neal street branch and I love them! I really overplucked my brows years ago they now look so much fuller but very natural. It's really transformed the over all appearance of my face, my eyes really stand out now. They have really boosted my confidence, I highly recommend amber, she is amazing!

Browhaus have absolutely changed my brows for the best! I had extremely thin eyebrows when I first started going here and with the help of the therapist she has helped me grow my brows over time and get the shape I want! Great customer service and a lovely atmosphere!

To start off with.. I love the western theme salon!

I tend to get my eyebrows threaded on a regular basis and therefore didn't think I needed them doing, I was amazed at how much they were able to remove and also the fact that it was PAIN FREE!

The girls were lovely and welcoming! I will definitely be visiting the salon again.

I had a brow thread which was virtually painless and very precise. I received great after care advice and am in love with the "Extend" product which encourages hair growth on the brows and lashes.

THANKYOU, my brows finally full and healthy, honestly makes me look so much younger gives my face a good shape. The girl that looked after me was really good and gave me loads of tips, would highly recommend.

I loved how my brows turned out but disliked how pushy the staff were in trying to get me to buy a package. Telling me if I didn't get it on that day itself I would never get the same price... Which is obviously loads of bullshit.

On 3 occasions I have had my appointment cancelled by Browhaus, which is most disappointing when you have booked specifically for a particular occasion. Browhaus have never been able to offer another appointment that's convenient for me, nor have they offered me any kind of discount for future appointment by way of a good-will gesture. Which is funny when they advertise "new opening offers", the very week I wanted an appointment.

When I asked why my appointments have been cancelled, the response seems to be "that member of staff no longer works here". Doesn't give a great impression when a company can't keep their staff.

Such a shame because when I have managed to get my lashes done, they've been really good!

Love the girls and love the quality of the treatments that they give but so so disappointing that they go for the hard sell after every treatment you have. I would score them a 5 but the hard sell is such an unattractive quality for a company to have and actually ruins the whole experience. You would probably make more money if you addressed this and stopped it as I've spoke to so many people that have said the same and it does make you question going again.

Thanks a lot Browhous!!! I showed up 10 mins late for a full face threading, and was told that it could not be done �, there was no customer before me or after so they said they can only do certain areas by the time my eyebrows and upper lip was done only 10 mins had passed. When it was time to pay they always are very pushy for me to buy a package which basically means pay £100 for future service for savings of £15 and if you don’t take the package you get dirty looks and eyes rolling!!! Will never go back and don’t recommend them unless you feel generous enough to part with £100 for the hell of it

Pretty shocked by how dishonest the people were about the packages. Was mis-sold a product without telling me the proper discount applied to it and then told me she didn't mean 'all new customers would get the discount' because she 'gestured it with her finger'. I replied with 'you must've done it so many times' - BEWARE! Don't get your money conned.

I went to Browhaus in Covent Garden to do my eyebrows, she barely touched them! Got home the way I left, my eyebrows were exactly the same! Totally not worth the money, I’m sure any place charging £5 for threading would do a better job. Very disappointed.

I have been a few times to the Islington branch. After previously being told to grow my brows I recently had them threaded to oblivion after asking for a tidy up and to make matters worse not even on each eye!!! The therapist went against all advice she had previously given me and I am utterly disappointed. The hard sell is also very off putting. I will definitely not be returning!

I had a lady tell me that £500 wasn't enough & I shouldn't worry about money - I spent £400 on eyebrows that were total shite - stay away from this place - I sat in reception for 10 minutes while they told young girls they they would lose there mind if they didn't pay for a years worth of waxing with these Morons - never again!! Don't be sucked in by these devil worshippers

Didn't even ask me what I wanted my brows like or what shape I wanted to achieve, tint has faded after one wash, threading has left stray hairs and hairs that have been snipped at and are now stubbly and spent the whole time selling the semi-permanent brow package - all for 20 quid. No thanks
