we visit couple of year ago and was good, kust normal but tonite was exeptional, something it has changed definitly from welcoming, service, food and even cocktail.

definitly coming back very soon as we feel treated as guest not just normal clients.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant and I was very impressed by the excellent customer service and warm welcome. The menu had good choices of food and drinks. We received our food quick and it was delicious. Lovely place for friends catching up. I highly recommend it. So close to the theatres!!

Just popped in for a Drink and a warm before going to theatre, great venue, clean, tidy and great views of the streets from the upstairs dining area,

We've used browns in Sheffield before, again pre theatre drinks, food there was great, can only imagine it's as good if not better in London, would definitely go again

Can’t give it 5 stars as service was initially abysmal having to wait 45 mins to order drinks yet alone food. Maybe our table of 16 crazy women intimidated the waiter 😂 however food was good.

Used Browns Victoria a few times over the years and generally good. Not so on a very busy Wednesday evening just before Christmas. Food was just poor - prawn and crab linguine with very few identifiable prawns and as far as I could see. Lovely attentive waitress however doing a difficult job.

Our first visit to this particular Browns as we were going to the theatre. I must say it wasnt as good as other Browns Ive been to. Service was very slow so we didnt have time for dessert or coffee. Both my daughter and I had the fishcake which we both agreed seemed to have more potato in than fish and the fries were not very appetizing, think they had just been plunged into the fryer for a 2nd time. Wont be going back to that one

Ordered the Rib eye steak, £19.99 served with chips and a ‘bit’ of watercress. Still starving when I left and the chips weren’t great

I went there last night and had to leave before any desserts or coffee. The service was so slow, we couldn't wait any longer as had to get a certain train. I was very disappointed.

Generally quite an ok place for food, but the beef main course from the Xmas menu was absolutely horrendous. By contrast, the Turkey was apparently quite good. Friendly staff.

Another question about the tonic water and I had had enough. Poor service, full refund and won’t go back
