I’m pleased to announce the boxing debut of Patrick Sobala on our home show on March 23rd. He’s been with us on and off for a while now, but has finally decided to step through the ropes.👊🏻
PLEASE READ: Torture Tuesday circuit class will start at an earlier time of 7pm tomorrow night.
PLEASE READ: In the new year Thursday strength and conditioning circuit is going to become a boxing fitness class for adults and fighters only. We are going to incorporate a mixture of everything from sparring which is optional, bags, weights, explosive training and more. We are doing this so it can add an extra boxing and fitness session in for the hardcore trainers. This will still be a great strength class, but adding the boxing fitness to it. This class will commence on January 3rd 2019.👊🏻👊🏻

POLITE NOTICE: The Thursday night strength and conditioning circuit class won’t be on now until we get back after Christmas, starting from tomorrow. All other classes will be on as normal. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are within striking distance of getting Max’s 3rd Professional fight signed sealed and delivered. Hopefully have everything sorted by the end of the week.
PLEASE READ: All home fighters that are Boxing on our March 23rd show, I will need to take your picture for the new poster by next Friday the latest. I will not be using old photos as we need to get the picture quality the same. You can keep your T-shirts on so don’t panic if your fat.😂
Unfortunately Sam Smith won’t be Boxing on Sunday now, he has the flu and is in no fit state.

We’re in talks at the moment with an opponent for Max’s 3rd Professional fight. Another decent test for him with 18 wins 6 losses and 1 draw professional record, and a few years ago challenged for the commonwealth title at a lighter weight. I will not reveal any names until we can seal the deal with all involved. Watch this space.👊🏻👊🏻

BBBofC Boxer Jordan McCorry is fighting for the World Boxing Federation (WBF) Super Featherweight World title.
