Bru Coffee & Gelato

Very nice, cosy place to sit and eat in. I would recommend their waffles and their new sandwich menu is delicious!

Very nice family friendly place for all to enjoy. Waffles very nice and so are the hot drinks. Would recommend the mint tea comes in a pot and you get at least 3 cups out of it, only bad thing was that they do not give honey with the mint tea, but has to be purchased separately.

Came with my little brother. Enjoyed the indulgent hot chocolate with marshmallow as my brother loved the bubble gum Gelato. Would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Hope to drop by again but try something new like cookie dough or white chocolate drink 😊😊😊 staff was very friendly and welcoming. Maybe you could add WiFi to your café.

Beautiful caramel hot chocolate, best I ever had. I have been drinking loads of caramel hot chocolates from Costa and I totally regret drinking them now. Brü is the most amazing coffee shop I have been. The hot chocolate was beautiful, the members of stuff were human, they talk to you like they are the same as you. My partner loved his hot chocolate too, never going back to Costa, Brü is my main coffee shop for now on! Keep up the amazing and friendly work.

Amazing coffee, great desserts and service with a smile!!! The types of tea they have is vast with tastes from around the world. Tried the ice cream today and although it was good quality, felt jealous looking at the table next door with her waffle and cookie dough! Another visit soon I guess...

Strawbella waffle pop, caramel waffle with cream, hot chocolate, bubble gum and vanilla ice cream and mango tango all of this was ordered and tasted fab.

I had the Apple pie and custard but I found it very sweet a bit sickly so I didn't eat it but the waffle my daughter had was nice and so was the cookie dough my son had and the mint tea and earl grey tea was delicious probably go back for the tea. Nice ambience and friendly staff.

Great place, lovely staff and excellent service. Please please no music could not hear my friends. Coffee shops are meeting places the last thing you want is not to be able to hear your friends...

Worst customer service I've received in a long time. Ordered with Uber eats and only half my order was in the bag. When I called the phone was answered as 'chiwalla' and the person rudely said you have called chiwalla not bru- even though this is the only number on the the website and on Facebook. After I was eventually passed to bru they said they would not re-book Uber eats and deliver the rest of my order. We were told to reorder and repay. The cost of delivery should be the responsibility bru as they missed half my order. Not happy and still don't have my order that I paid for! Maria provided terrible customer service and should not be working in the hospitality.
