Very nice costumer serves!! Friendly staff and the best waffle I ever had :D I will recommend to my friends and I will definitely come back. The young boy made me a very good coffee whilst the young lady made me a wonderful desert.

This is a favourite place ,we get of the bus and the first thing is my wife and I look at each and say coffee time ....

Our son had his first chocolate milkshake from Bru on Tuesday, on the way out he look in the freezer and chose

His next one ..lol be back very soon ...

Also the staff at Harrow are lovely and polite .

This is a coffee shop with a difference. With lovely feature walls, interesting seating arrangements and even a game and book area where board games are left for you to avail from, this is a cafe with high vibe! It seems to hold and offer something for everyone - students, office crowd, mums with children, couples, friends and lovers!!!

The staff are so friendly here and accepting of 25 of us turning up, playing games and being noisy! The cookie dough is also delicious �

Pretty trendy and somewhat retro. Love the ambience. The selection of desserts are amazing, love the peanut butter cheesecake. Love the live music evenings!

My friend and I practically lived here during university and even after we graduated, we came back and were welcomed warmly and given great food, coffee and fantastic service.

Love at first sight, very cozy place and the service is great. I really like the selection of teas .

I visited Bru 2 days ago and always find the service great. My friend ordered a carrot cake slice and unfortunately was given the outside slice. When we realised it wasn't tasting the best., the manageress immediately apologised and replaced it with a fresher piece.

Very accommodating and the reality is upsets do happen, it's how it's handled that matters. I'll recommend you anytime�

I surely recommend this place to anyone. I'm so in love with the waffle pop you have and I would say that was the best I ever had. The waffles was really as what I had expected it to be, crispy on the exterior and fluffy inside. The strawberries and the chocolate sauce complimented the waffles very well . You know how the sweet taste of some waffles puts you off after a while? Well, this doesn't! . I also would admire your staff member Kristoph who was really friendly and supportive His service was beyond amazing! Overall, I think this place is really worth a visit, esp if you are in the area. It's not too pricey and they serve fresh waffles, almost a rarity in the area. Good luck

Been here a few times now and we all love it.

Decent coffee and lovely cup of tea - ice cream is gorgeous....downside is its rather expensive at £3.50 for bit of cake and not even fresh cream in the sponge but some thick custard stuff. Ambient lighting and relaxing atmosphere. We use it often.

Was so disappointed today when I came to Bru and found you can longer get just a waffle. Ordered a waffle pop which is basically a waffle with a stick in the middle and stuff on top. Whoever thought of this stupid idea needs to be sacked! The stick is a nuisance- you cannot hold the waffle by the stick as everything falls off and you have to try avoiding the stick with the knife and fork you are given. I did ask for a plain waffle and was told I would be charged the same price as the 'Waffle pop'. One of the most stupid ideas I've come across!!!

Not a great customer experience to be honest. First visit, enchanted in by the look of the place. Placed my order and was 'sighed and huffed' at because I didn't have smaller change. Sitting here drinking my coffee, after being told they don't have much change, only to watch her go and get £40 worth of fivers from a cupboard. Maybe she is having a bad day, Shame really because the coffee is really nice.

Good ice-cream, cozy place to relax with friends.

Stick to Starbucks or dessert from Frankie & bennys.

The quirky atmosphere and decor of Bru definitely doesn't reflect in the desserts, Miserable and uninspiring .

Coffee was cold- I was able to drink mine in a few minutes/mouthfuls. Our desserts were even more tragic; 2 marshmallows on what sounded like a promising 'King of the Rocky Road' Waffle & a sad 'Apple & Custard' waffle, both waffles were basically raw and doughy. The toppings/fillings were cold.

I have been coming here recently because I like your tea . Everytime I’ve come here I’ve hardly been given a tea pot when ordering my tea ,so the one time I did get one earlier on -I hadn’t even of finished my tea and 2 servers’ came over to check whether if I had finished the tea pot on separate occasions . Which I thought was kinda rude considering no one looked for tea pots for me when I’ve been coming here almost every day this week and was given a glass cup instead . If you haven’t got enough tea pots it’s not my problem, you shouldn’t be pushing me to hurry up drinking out of it if you gave me one to use.I was kinda shocked that the first server would even ask me then the second I explained exactly this and all she said was I know lol..
