For our '2nd Restaurant of Christmas' we have chosen Sabor London. Since opening in early February it produces exactly as its name implies, ‘flavour’ (in Spanish). As described by renowned food critic Fay Maschler, Sabor is ‘a superb Spanish acquisition’ and since has been awarded a coveted star by the Michelin Guide in 2018.
James Bell secured this tenant on behalf of The Crown Estate prior to working at Bruce Gillingham Pollard.
