Bubbleology - Angel

I went to Bubbleology for the first time today. A unique tea experience. I'll be going back.

First time in a long time I've been to London, nice late night treat with friendly staff and amazing bubbletea �

Rude staff. They got my order wrong twice. Third time it tasted like chemicals as though someone didn't clean the equipment properly. Just nope! �

Products very over priced and poorly explained, customer service not to a good standard, nowhere to actually sit and relax was supposed to be a treat for my two girls, total waste of money. I will not be back

Absolutley disgusted....I ordered a drink via quikup and once i put the straw in the cup the cup split. I called the store who refused to reimburse me. I wasnt even offered an apology......Not only did it ruin my carpet but i never got to drink the drink i waited over an hour for. Someone needs to contact me to explain the poor customer service!
