Xclusivetouch Presents….
It's here. It has arrived. A night like no other. The original horror show! The Twisted Circus Halloween Festival 2017 (@TwistedCircusUK) is rolling into town at our biggest location to date, Friday 27th October at Building Six | The O2. With 3,000 freaks all under one roof, expect an incredible experience spread across two rooms of DJs and acts and surprises galore.
From the moment you arrive, we will control all that you see and hear, from evil clo...wns lurking in the shadows to a Halloween visit from the Flying Spider. Our weird and wonderful circus acts will perform routinely to shape your evening to anything our imagination can conceive.
Should you be brave enough to watch, you will see hazardous tricks attempted before your eyes, from Dramatic Contortion & Sword Swallowing to a Blade Regurgitation, not to mention our top-secret centrepiece performance to be revealed on the night… nobody will be spared this extremely graphic performance!
In true festival spirit, there will be candy floss, popcorn, face paint, masks, decorations, LED screens, and confetti drops to keep you entertained!
A world class DJ line-up has been assembled headlined by Colin Francis (Marbella Sessions), DJ Woody (Capital Xtra), CJ Beatz ( 1Xtra), Sai, Rees Parker, Sam Savage, Alexandru Eftimie & DJ Reiss McLovin.
Dress code: As the event is Halloween, fancy dress is required, whether it’s a pair of fangs, some devil horns or a full on costume – no effort, no entrance.
Fortunately, our good friends at Angels Fancy Dress Store have arranged a fang-tastic 13% discount off your Halloween Outfit (available to all guests quoting FANGS13 online fancydress.com or in store Soho/Hendon).

We're very sorry that the Breakin Science event in Building Six could not go ahead last night. A lack of onsite medical staff meant we couldn't open for safety reasons and that's always our number one priority for fans. It was a difficult decision for the team to take and we know people were very disappointed. All tickets will be refunded. Those bought online will receive an automatic refund but this may take a few days. Please contact your point of purchase if you have any questions.

(went to sink the pink, nightmare before Halloween) The queue for the bar in the main room was crazy, but elsewhere it was all good, drinks were reasonabley priced and loved the outdoor smoking area. Just noticed everyone leaves reviews for bad nights beceuse they’re bitter but no one does for good ones?! Staff were friendly and one helped me find my uber ❤️ Thank you for a lot of fun xxxxxx

User

This 3 star is very very generous cos it really is for the venue it self and bar staff and the fact that despite the shitty attitude of security door staff clockwork orange was off the hook and the DJ and fellow ravers of like bloody danced our arses of to fab music but 02 u really need to address ur staff at this venue rude and no regard for someone's life on the night shocking

User

Not surprised AT ALL at the bad reviews from Pizza & Prosecco Festival. Total disorganised chaos with at least 40 min queues for EVERYTHING! Staff not helpful at all. Badly sign posted for things like tokens, marquee pole collapsed on people, pizza was shocking, prosecco was totally average!! ONLY thing good was the entertainment!! Gluten free options were few and far between if any. Queued for nearly an hour for pizza and only 2 gluten free bases left. Joke!! I don't blame the mini vendors trying to cater quickly for all these thousands of hungry people, it's the organisers fault. Booked ticket for 1300 -6.30pm sitting. Assumed that since everyone was so late getting into the place they would let us stay longer but No! LITERALLY didn't get sat down with a drink/pizza until 4.30pm to then be kicked out at 6.30pm! Waste if money and time. Definitely would not go again and would not recommend.

User

Useless venue. Still selling tickets at 11pm when medical staff didn't turn up at 9pm. Travel cost should be reimbursed as wel by you lot. You're venue deserved what it got last night. Should of been smashed up even more. A lot of young people left stranded in London very late at night! Shambles

User

The most poorly managed event I’d ever been to (Pizza and Prosecco ‘Festival’) Had to queue in the cold for 2 hours, no comms from staff, just awful. Will avoid from now on

User

The O2 are an absolute piss poor joke, eksmans bday bash cancelled at 11:30pm while everyone's been queuing hours to get in and some people already in the rave with the sound system fucked. Loads of useless staff inside doing fuck all, then excuse was cancelled for 'health and safety' reasons as they've not actually got enough staff or paramedics, bullshit! never seen anything like it, shocking! they would have known before doors opened if not enough staff, something suspicious there...

User

Terrible place with a DEAD sound system!

The event was a shambles and got closed down after a couple of hours because building 6 couldn't get adequate paramedics in place, how hard is it to hire 4 paramedics?

Security were bashing each other off while 2000+ people were left standing outside not knowing what the hell was going on.

Never again.

User

Pizza & Prosecco festival was a joke from the minute we arrived!! Someone somewhere must seriously have been laughing at all the mugs they got to buy tickets! Never again!! Delayed opening by 50mins with no apology or explanation. 40min queue for your "free" drink.... one tiny slice of burnt pizza, cold by the time you got back past the queue. Not enough seating inside (and told off for sitting on the floor). Too cold outside and only about 3heaters for space the size of tennis courts. Cashless bar so queue another 40mins to exchange cash for tokens. One bar ran out of the cheapest bottle of Prosseco in 1.5hrs!! #Dontgopizzanprosecco!! Total rip off and worst organisation ever!!

User

It was shocking so awful. The way they dealt with last night and how they treated us. The way we got pushed around by your staff as well was awful and the way they spoke to us. Won't ever come again.

User

If I could give you a 0 I would. Let us VIP in had us sitting around for 2 hours waiting for people to come in letting us buy drinks spending money in there only tonne told it's cancelled. People should be reimbursed for what they spent inside and for their travel.

User

How could you not have enough medical staff for an event that big?? ÔøΩ everyone left stranded in London as there was no trains home. Complete shambles and I hope no one returns to this shitty venue ever again!! You ruined so many people's night and I will not be returning. Would have given you 0 stars if I could.

User

Doesn't even deserve one star. the 2500 odd ravers from far and wide buying hotel rooms and having know here to go and a long ass journey home in the morning because your shitty venue had a devious money making plan all along. If you don't want our crowd in your club, don't let us book it out. Bull crap that you had no medics but only realised at half 11. Do you fancy reimbursing every single persons ticket money, travel expenses, drinks money, accommodation money? Probably not. Because its extremely inconvenient and your gonna loose out on a lot of money in the future due to this lack of competence. Ridiculous. Never coming again.

User

Day light robbery!! A disaster from start to finish!! I think the staff on the out side bar were the only people pissed!! The girls were absolutely smashed!! However, the people paying £25 a head for 1 pathetic glass of bubbles were certainly not!! As for the pizza... one stall hidden around the back for 2,500 people with a q for 40mins and 1 tiny slice even the stalls selling ran out of pizza at a pizza festival!! They should be ashamed and never be let run an event again!! They don't deserve the 1 star!!

User

DONT GO!!! Avoid if possible, awful venue and if you’re going to the pizza and prosecco festival then don’t bother a you que for over two hours for an awful, burnt piece of tiny pizza and a cocktail full of soda water! Absolute rip off!

User

Cancelling an event not even 2 hours after opening. Shocking. Did you get enough bar money to cover staff costs from the letting the VIP ticket holders inÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ?? If there was Health and safety risks you shouldn't have let anyone in and made a public statement at 9pm!!!!

User

Awful. O2 staff had no idea what we were there for, thankfully we were early in the queue but that didn’t exactly help. Pizza was a bit of a joke, comms terrible, could only use cards at the front door but they ushered some of us straight to the main festival where we found we couldn’t get tokens for drinks. ‘Free’ pizza slice was a joke, it was queues everywhere to get anything. The crowning glory was that even though some people didn’t even get in until nearer 4pm, they still had the cheek to start throwing us out at 6.30pm when the ‘brunch’ sitting finished. Definitely will never go to this event or this venue again.

User

As everyone else has already said - the prosecco & pizza fair was so disappointing. We queued for an hour & a half before getting in & then had to queue again for ages at the bar before getting our first drink. We didn't bother to get our free pizza as the queue for that was at least another 20 minutes & people were saying how bad the pizza was. The band were great & the event staff were all apologetic - it obviously wasn't their fault - I felt sorry for them too. I have emailed to complain, but doubt I'll hear back. I think they should give everyone refunds & write this off as the disaster it was. We attended Prosecco Springs earlier this year - such a contrast. Fatsoma / O2 you could learn a lot from them - this was just an overcrowded, money-making waste of an afternoon. I hope you're suitably ashamed....

User

All I can say is the organisers need to get their act together! doors late upon opening time! Queuing for hours....no speakers in outside area!......customer service were fab and were embarrassed at queuing time, we were given complaint email address (didn't ask for this) extra tokens given out to soften the mood for pizza and prosecco!

Would never go to this event again!
