We recently stayed here 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the breakfast each morning was excellent, and the pub in the evening was great. Highly recommend!

Nothing but perfection.

The bulls head hosted our wedding on Friday 16th Feb.

From the day of booking the venue up until the day of checking out of the hotel Jayne and the team were incredible.

The staff are polite, friendly and professional. Food was incredible. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and the wedding breakfast were delicious.

If you are planning an event, dinner out or a relaxing afternoon tea the bulls head is a great venue.

We cannot wait to return for Sunday dinner very soon.

My niece got married here and we stayed the night. Fabulous hotel, lovely food and excellent staff. The receptionist ‘Sam’ went above and beyond helping us.

User

I had my wedding here on 1st September 2017 and I cannot say a bad word about this venue! They did everything they could to make my day as perfect as it was. I'm truly grateful to Jayne for helping me with everything in the build up whatever I had a question about she responded straight away also Trish who on the day did everything to calm my nerves and help everything run smoothly. The whole team are fantastic!! I would recommend here to anyone that wants to get Married. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you all so much for making my day everything that it was!!

User

Had afternoon tea here today and very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff.

User

Had a really nice time. I met up with 3 colleagues from work for an afternoon tea. The place was pleasantly busy and there was also a wedding reception there too. The food was excellent and the tea was delicious. Very tasty sandwiches and gorgeous cakes and scones. Tea or coffee was constantly being replenished and when the tiered plates came up the waitress said we could have more sandwiches if we wanted unfortunately what she didn't say wads that extra food would incur an extra charge!! So keep that in mind!! Overall a very pleasant afternoon was had by one and all.

User

Excellent hotel, pub and restaurant. Comfortable room (including chocolate truffles!) and very helpful friendly staff. Ten minutes in a taxi to Sidcup where I was working. Would recommend.

User

Came here for afternoon tea last week and it was lovely. They even made extra sandwiches for one member of our party who is very fussy and didn’t like the choices - very keen to help and satisfy. Lovely surroundings, great food and excellent service. Would definitely go again !

User

As a mobile dj I was booked at the hotel for mark and Lucy wedding on Saturday 28 July 18.the wedding had over run by an hour or so as they all do in my experience but I would like to commend the staff that turned the room around in record time for me and the singer to install our equipment with minimal fuss.highly recommend the hotel and the staff are first class..

User

Always love coming here, food always great, bar staff very friendly wonderful pub and garden.

User

Afternoon tea was amazing. Generous amount of delicious sandwiches and cakes as well as lots of top ups of tea & coffee. Great service too!

User

We attended for our work Christmas dinner, the food was exceptional and the atmosphere warm and friendly . The young staff were very efficient and well trained . A very enjoyable evening !!

User

Lovely food even in the bar area , although I think the wine is a bit prIcey !!! Nice atmosphere... love going

User

Came here yesterday due to wanting somewhere different to go. Had two very nice roast dinners, great service and great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back 👍🏻

User

Lovely setting BUT food but SOOO expensive. £14.50 for a very small Caesar Salad, overpriced for a small piece of chicken, a few old looking lettuce leaves and some croutons! I did point this out to the waitress who said there's not much we can do and yes it is expensive!

User

Food was good but too much drug taking in that place. It's not even discreet it's blatant. That pub should lose it's licence because they are doing nothing about it

User

Popped in for a pint of Youngs bitter and a pack of nuts. They gave me a small glass of nuts and a plate and the pint. Then charged £6.90. 😈.

User

One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Dry & luke warm. Chips were ok. All I can say is I’m glad there was ketchup. Service was very slow in taking the order. Surprised that dogs were allowed in here. Will not be eating here again.

User

I have lived in chislehurst For 29 years and have been going to this pub regularly for over 25 years but unfortunately had a very rude unfortunate incounter with a staff member here recently so we won't be returning back. Going here for a birthday meal with family and friends ordering Sunday dinner. As we go here a lot we know how the food comes out and the standard it normally has. We ordered the steak and ale pie roast knowing how it comes out but this time there was very burnt black what looked like parsnips on the plate that we're inedible and looked very unappetising. Telling the waitress this she mentioned it was purple carrots, whatever it was wasn't cooked properly and I couldn't eat it she then said I could have normally carrots that usually come with the sesonal vegetables but weren't on this occasion. Then some manager of the restaurant came up to our table very rudely to say what is the issue here and why was I complaining about purple carrots he then explained that they have been going out all day and no one had a issue with them apart from me so why have I got a problem with them. Explaining my reasons why saying they were inedible he then said to me we couldn't have normal carrots because they aren't in season right now! Every single time we go to this pub we always get the same thing and know this isn't the case. As he started to wave the menu and shout at me across the table I was so embarrassed in front of my family I just told him to leave so we could just eat our meal. Unless this particular member of staff gets proper training and not to be so arrogant with customers then we won't be returning back and won't be recommending this to anyone!
