User

Outstanding care from the full team on 3rd floor Orthopaedics. I was in for a revision patellar tendon repair yesterday and couldn’t fault the hospital or staff. They looked after me so well. So many great staff seeing to my every need and so friendly and helpful. Very appreciative.

User

Outstanding care from Starfish ward, nurse Naomi in particular provided outstanding care. Our consultant Daniel Tweedie was superb, better than any expectations we had. Could not recommend highly enough.

User

Our daughters Consultant Mr Daniel Tweedie and Team Starfish are all absolutely awesome. We couldn't have wished for better care for Evie and would highly recommend the hospital. A huge Thank you to Sister Susan Hartley, Eszter, Charlotte, Dr Sonia, Nicole, Hannah, Francesca, Noel and Sonia the receptionist too. Great catering too

User

I was in for surgery and received exemplary care and treatment. My consultant, Mr Raslan, simply is a legend! Couldn't have wished for better care!

User

I stayed overnight in the orthopaedic ward to have surgery on my knee. The care was fantastic from start to end. All of the nurses were really attentive and considerate, throughout the day and night. The surgeons and anaesthetist came to see me before and after and had plenty of time for questions. The physiotherapist was great and got me up and around in no time. The equipment was great too, especially the 'Game Ready' ice/compression machine which pumped around my knee all night! There was a good choice of meals which were all a decent standard. The bed was comfortable and easy to use, and the room was clean and spacious with Sky TV and a personal WiFi connection. It was a shame to leave really. Thank you to everyone involved!

User

I had surgery and a 3 day stay, everyone was very professional, friendly and caring. The hospital was clean and very well run. I would recommend it without hesitation.

User

Had to have treatment on both eyes yesterday. Treated with upmost care. The whole process took 45 minutes and was then on my way home.

User

Great team. Felt very relaxed lovely room. Would highly recommend this hospital.

User

Fantastic and caring people. My son Vassilis went twice to Bupa hospital . We went for ACL to his knee with an outstanding doctor Mr . Church first we put screws and the second time to remove them . Most importantly they are people with good manners and very helpful staff especially at 3rd floor that we were . Thank you for taking care my son and me you are excellent ❤️.

User

Fantastic , i had gamma knife treatment here recently and the whole experience was brilliant. my thanks to professor linquist , dr beaney , jamuna , joseph and everyone else on the team , sorry i cant remember all the names ! But yes i can`t speak high enough of this hospital ,thank you.

User

Clean, efficient, up-front about costs with a decent service provider ethic that comes across from most staff. First class equipment, facilities and waiting times. Not many better places in England to be in need of medical attention, it seems to me.

User

Amazing staff. Every single one that looked after me was fabulous. Thanks to you all.

User

My surgeon was amazing and the nurses looking after me were also amazing. I did have to wait about an hour for surgery though which didn't help my nerves. I wasn't sure how the food ordering went either and there was a big language barrier with the waitress and I probably should've ordered more food to eat.

User

Was there yesterday with my daughter, absolutely no parking near the hospital, food was cold and the chicken salad was chickenless, most of the staff were amazing just one member tried giving my daughter and i.v with air bubbles in it then when we pointed it out to her it was brushed aside

User

Whilst the hospital itself looks nice, the nurses I experienced were awful and lacked basic bedside manner. I had to chase up each of the 4 regular doses of medication that was due during my daughters stay, the care my daughter received was not what I would have expected from such a renowned hospital. The food that I ordered was inedible and the tea and coffee was served cold also!

User

Terrible place! More like a bank that a hospital yet even banks have better customer service!

User

the most uncaring hospital in the country. they would not call the police when i was attacked and robbed outside the hospital. I sustained a broken shoulder blade, twisted ankle and had my iphone and wallet stolen. they refused to call the police and instead locked the door on me. the ceo has not had the decency or professional courtesy to reply to my email. Shocking behaviour

ive tried engaging in a conversation with the hospital on here but they are declining to acknowledge my comments and have not posted my message. Shame on you

User

I went to Bupa Cromwell via my private healthcare insurance and, as a summary, the doctors just ran plenty of expensive tests and found nothing. Later on, when my Outstanding patient allowance overpassed the limit, I went to NHS and found my issue with a very basic test that no one had told me to do in this hospital (even the NHS doctor said that all the tests i had done were ridiculous). I found everything very unprofessional.
