Nice maybe a little bit small for family people but l do take family kids then take away but to me its fine

The service was really slow u have to get your own drink from the machine was not happy as I wanted sprite but the only drink available was coke when I did get my food it was warm almost cold and the shop it self was really cold which made me not comfortable to sit down to eat

Your service is an absolute joke. I have eaten in many burger kings - you weren't even busy - I think there are about 3 people making 4 portions of fries.

Worst service terrible food and dirty restaurant!!! Had to wait 25 minutes to get served and my order was wrong !! When I contested the fact they had put egg in my food they were rude and didn't appreciate my allergies!! I saw them just try and take the egg out of my muffin !! Allergies are a serious issue !! Just removing the egg could kill someone !! Complete and utter neglect! I got my money back and will never set foot in there again!! Food all over the floor and tables ..... Need to fix up before your shut down utterly disgusting �

Worst place to get a bite to eat around here. Every time I come in here, slow service and dopey staff. Took 15 minutes for a chicken royale and fries (that's after waiting 5 minutes placing an order). If you value your time, find somewhere else or go through the drive through

What idiots that work at this branch and rude

Well , today around 7pm I went to this BK restaurant and the line of people who were waiting to be served was very long. There was only one person serving and waiting time was long. It was a busy time but after while we waited I went to ask for a manager and reply was he is busy and can't talk to you.

We left as very disappointed costumers.

DISGRACE, SHAME ON YOU BK!

Very very disappointed that the order I placed two days ago was missing 4 items and I still have yet to receive any response or even acknowledgement following my submission of the problem - I tried calling the store several times with no answer! No acknowledgement? No refund? No respect?!

Useless. Always out of stock. Slow staff who often get orders wrong. Poor understanding of how to use the 'park and wait' bays leading to 10 min queues for a drink. Had enough of them to be honest, the food isn't that amazing. I'm not going to burger kind again

The service at this Burger King drive thru is absolute trash... The place seriously needs to fix up with a quickness. The service is beyond slow and the staff need some serious training on customer care n jus how to do their jobs way better...You can't have you efforts to get food wasted in such a manner. What nonsense!!!��

The customer service in this Burger King is appalling!!! Every single time i visit there are issues with the staff. They are slow, rude, chat among their selves when there are customers waiting to be served, look miserable like you are bothering them when you ask for your order. The other day i went there and there was a long que and only one person serving. I waited ages for my food and most of the people in the que decided to leave. You need to have a word with your staff because they are not up to par with most other burger kings in terms of customer service

Staff were rude and every time I have been to this dump and it is a dump, very dirty, the coffee machine is not working.

I now will take my grandson to Mc Donalds in future, Burger King will never get another penny off of me or any ofy family and friends.

Staff rude do everything in slow motion ehilst leaning on till with head on their hand. waited 35 for my burger (and that is no exageration) I waited 35 mins to be told burger would be different as no ingredients. Then drink machine doesnt work ask to speak to manager who didnt want to talk,so cold meal and no drink as machine needs to be refilled and to busy to do it? Never have a seen such incompetent staff in my life. POOR POOR POOR!

Only one person working at night. 1 person!�. Taking orders and cooking serving taking payment. All done by one.thats why i had to wait 20 mins for only a burger.

Got to the drive thru, to be told to wait and they will get to my order in 5 minutes... To take my order... couldn't come out of the drive thru due to other vehicles that joined the que. Then drove around to see there were 3 cars in front. Went to the window to ask why they kept the drive thru open if they can't cope. To be rudely answered too... under staffed. As I was waiting to get out I saw how they were preparing the burgers just one word disgusting comes to mind. Also I did take a video recording of it..... Shows how Burger King takes it business do serious. I think this branch might be a franchise, hence the owner not having enough staff to cover and the general state of the premises....It was not only me who saw the food preparation area. Burger King head office check the cctv recordings for today just to see for your selves. Damaging your reputation shame........Also I think I will contact the health department of the council... Maybe Burger King Should send their own health and safety department to see the state of this place......

Customer service in Tottenham Hale branch is the worse I ve ever seen in my life! Staff not in a mood to work there and seems like they are trying to close this place down very soon. There was a queue 15+ people, only one person serving and one more watching having a drink and talking with their mates in the kitchen.. 10-15 mins spent per order. It was faster to walk to Tesco, buy a pizza, go home, cook it and eat it. Absolutely appalling! Not returning.
