Yummy food and super nice wait staff!

We went to the New York one last summer bad enjoyed it so wanted to try it in London. We felt it was good there was a menu here and a few more choices. Food very tasty, better flavour lobster than in NY! Friendly helpful serving staff too. Can definitely recommend.

Second time at the Mayfair branch and it didn't disappoint!! Everything was great from my duo to drinks and dessert!! Definitely on the recommend list.

Pure chance I came across this online. Close enough to the tube and sounded great. Very nice environment. Great beer plus the lobster was so sweet and most - definitely go for the steamed option! Burger was good too with added bacon and cheese. If you're hungry go for it. You won't regret it! I'll be going back soon hopefully!

Amazing food! Great service. My appetizer too a bit long getting to the table. But worth the wait. I started with the lobster croquettes and then I had the combo lobster and burger came with the salad and french fries the meal was amazing I will be looking for the chain in New York

Always wanted to go here as I've read a lot of great reviews. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Burgers are made from Nebraska USA meat and lobsters are from Canada. Husband and I split the small combo as we weren't starving, it was just the right amount. Want to go back and try the lobster rolls.

Absolutely wonderful place. Fab food and some of the best service I have ever had in London. Highly recommended and will return with my own family when I visit London again. I was introduced to this place by my cousins who were visiting from the U.S and we all had a fantastic evening. Staff and management top notch. Five star food and five star hospitality - what more can you ask for. �����

Service was great. Friendly atmosphere. Food was lovely. Just not used to London ways and felt the "discretionary" 12.5% surcharge added was a bit cheeky. £46 for 2 burgers and 2 cokes was expensive enough with a nearly £6 tip. Tips are optional. Asking for it to be removed isn't seen as polite so many won't. I would have tipped probably but felt I was forced in to it.

I've always go to dean street one I have been here ones before very nice but original lobster size was bit small then original but enjoyed it �

Heard about it from friends quite sometime ago....tried one whole lobster half steamed half baked tail end and claws. ......preferred baked version...food was good service is good location close to tube Green Park area Mayfair London....clarges street. ....would happy to go with friends in future.......good food served
