The waiter was great. You can tell he enjoys his job and knows what he is doing. The background music was great too. Food was tasty and well presented - just too much as I could not finish my portion ÔøΩ
Serve as the best burger that Ive ever tried. The lobster is absolutely worth it and definitely one of the "must have" food in London. Also, with a good waiter and waitresses to assist us, we feel very pleasant and lovely to be there.
Now if you enter this establishment looking for the normal pissed off fed up with the job staff...you will be let down
A warm and welcoming bunch of people who were funny, attentive and informative...
The food was delicious, well presented and reasonably priced given the combination of lobster and Docklands....
Will definitely return....
My first time at B&L and I loved it. The lobster was amazing and the service was good. Pleased to have a Brazilian waiter serving us.....just so I could practice my Portuguese! lol Thank you B&L, I'm sure I'll be back
I loved it. The service was excellent and I was given a great table for a single diner. I chose the lobster burger (following advice from the waiter) and was delighted. The burger was cooked to perfection and delicately flavoured with dressing. Enough lobster to keep it interesting without being overpowering. It is expensive but fine for a treat. The wine was gorgeous but very pricey at £14 for a glass of chardonnay. I'd definitely go again.
Had a lovely evening here with my fiancée, the calamari is to die for! Literally the BEST calamari I’ve ever tasted. Had a lovely burger and lobster combo. The bun and the black sesame seeds on the bun were so tasty. My first time having a full lobster and I must say the tail meat was very chewy and not much flavour. BUT the claw meat was very tasty and full of flavour and the service could not have been quicker or friendlier. I would recommend getting your lobster steamed not grilled unless you like that charcoal taste from the grill. Faster service than I’ve ever had in a restaurant before. Very well done!
Finally got to you üçî ü¶ê everytime we have tried we have been stuck in hrs of traffic or roads closed so had to change plans and omg it was worth the wait!!!
We both had the combo and it was amazing !! ü¶ê üçî Service was prompt and polite ,wine was good definitely be back I‚Äôm hocked for life..!

Burger üçî A Lobster A+ Great friendly staff. Would definitely recommend the combo and the croquettes aren‚Äôt half bad either.
Very good food, good portion size the Panko Prawns and Crispy Calamari was to die for.
If you like spicy food you must try the Holy F**ck Burger with cheese would recommend and would go again

Food was very nice .Wine was at a good price and the waitress recomended a very nice bottle of rose. Only problem was waiting 20 mins to be served from the moment we was seated.Also noticed that other dinners had to chase the staff to pay their bills.Would go back again .
Food was tasty but what a let down, when food arrived it was cold. We were left waiting with no service for more then 40mins. We could of walked out of there 3 times without no battering an eyelid but as we are not like that we put our hands up asked for the bill and complained. Dan the manager dealt with us and reduced the bill. With all this in mind I do not think I will visit the Canary Wharf one again, which is a shame because others speak well about this place ÔøΩ
First time eating in the Burger and Lobster, couldn’t fault the food, the lobster burger was lovely.
It was just let down with the clientele, we were outside enjoying the sun when the group of office people (at 20:00) clearly had to much to drink decided to play fight directly outside the restaurant. Door staff did nothing!
Total disaster with the food being delivered to the wrong table..staff not communicating with each other. Tryed giving us our burgers whilst they have been sitting on another table for five minutes..no thanks not coming back..fathers night treat ruined!
Order was wrong on multiple orders and burger was very salty for all four of them.
Hottest day of the year, the Canary Wharf branch couldn't cope with the fact the sun was out, and that individuals would want to eat outside. A one hour wait for a table, having been told it would be 30 minutes. Had to chase for an update 5 times. A burnt burger and very salty chips. I think the restaurant let themselves down. Not sure I would eat here again.
Great food & service just a shame about the security so rude & aggressive
Terrible experience as we got sick right after eating lobster at the restaurant. We have contacted them and they were open to listen and talk to us. However, following a series of questions their investigation got "bizarrely" on their favour.
No matter the consistency of details provided, they insisted on how excellent and high their restaurant standards are and how paramount is their customer importance. I have found out it is actually not. Good luck.
