it's the best one of all the branches, love the location, the customer service is superb and quick

Went Saturday night and had a great time, will go back very soon.

We visited last night (Friday) and we managed to get a great table in the corner. Our waitress was really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Food was delicious and a good atmosphere all round.

My lobster cracked to perfection - so easy to get the meat out! Nespresso Martini not on the menu but very good.

Me and my partner had the beautiful idea to try this interesting spot after two years in London.

The food was amazing, the combo is fantastic!

You can have a massive delicious burger and a super tasty well grilled lobster.

My partner chose the burger with lobster, truffle and tarragon mayo and brie, she loved it 😃

After the food I would really like to say a massive thank you to Marco (behind the bar) and Simone (Waiter) that advised us about the food, the drinks and the dessert... The blueberry's cheesecake is unbelievably goooood 😋

Great service and amazing food.. Definitely worth it 👍

Great burgers and great service from a really friendly waitress. Sitting next to the poor lobsters swimming in the tank was a bit unnerving.

Faultless grilled lobster - my third visit and definitely not my last - however a bit perplexed by the price rise from £20 a meal (Feb 2016) to £31 a meal - perhaps they pay for their lobsters in euros! Or ....

A great time was had very good waiter as well sorry can’t remember his name .

Have to say I really enjoyed the food here. I had the house burger with extra bacon and cheese. It was cooked exactly as I asked medium rare and the salad and chips were great. The restaurant was extremely busy but thankfully we got seated really quickly though a lot of bigger family parties were asked if they didn't mind waiting and received a buzzer that would let them know when a table was free for them. Service was excellent both from the hostess and waitress. Thanks for a great meal but remember folks if you want a cheap burger go to micky D's or the king. Prepare to pay London prices.

Delicious lobster snarnie when it finally arrived. The kitchen managed to lose oiur order much to the distress of our young niece whose prime purpose for her visit to London was their lobster snarnie 🤣 i understand things going wrong and would have awarded 5 stars if the very nice waitress had noticed the kitchen error without being prompted by us. Also I had to ask for complementary drinks due to the extended wait - would have been nice for it to have been offered rather than having to ask. We had a lovely time though.

A little on the pricey side, but then it's Harvey nics and youre in Knightsbridge! Very pleasant staff, and the food was delicious. Menu was a bit limited. Although busy we only waited about 10 minutes. Would definitely do again.

Not as good as when it first opened the price rise is rather drastic and the service charge is even worse that needs to be scraped it's not the USA.

It didn't wow me at all. Portion size of the combo is too small for the price, burger bun was freezing cold and no one did check on us so could not even mention it. Coffee came out burnt and half of the desserts on the menu were not available. Staff seemed not to be bothered as service charge is automatically applied... place really lacks an atmosphere.overall it wasn't horrible but I wouldn't recommend it.

Overpriced for what it was. Presentation of the food was good as was the service but the food itself didn’t have much flavour for the amount it cost.

Even in Knightsbridge you can get much better for a much more reasonable price.

Don't recommend having the combo burger it's tiny and the lobster meat does not go with a burger...well overpriced

Horrible attitude from 2 staffs at the door. My two friends were at the bar having drinks while waiting for a table for 5. 3 more members arrived and asked when we would be seated. Staffs said it would be 30-45 minutes with bad attitude. Asked us to not block the door and move quickly to further down the restaurant. Coming from a service background, you'd say sorry, be polite and smile when you ask them to wait that long while they have already been waiting for 15 mins.

These staffs just look us up and down. Didn't hear "sorry", "please", or "we apologize for keeping you waiting in this high season". Not sure how you train your staffs, really. If it's because of me and my friends being Asian/Oriental and you do not want to welcome us because it is your policy, please put a sign "No Asian or Oriental is welcome". We will understand. It is your restaurant and so we will tell all our friends not to visit again. Horrific.
