That was really good: really nice staff and really tasty lobsters. And of course best part is options for those who are not into lobsters but into meat :)

Service was prompt, lovely friendly staff and not just our waiter either. They definitely work together as a team to ensure the customer gets a seamless service. The food was absolutely delicious from starter to dessert. Despite how busy this restaurant was, everything appeared to be well organised, the workers totally understood what they had to do and did it efficiently, effectively and with smiles on their faces. We had a great time.

Quick meal before theatre, we had the lobster burgers excellent food, good service will definitely go back.

Loved the food - we ordered a B&L combo + Lobster chowder, the atmosphere, the service, will jump at the next opportunity to come back.

I went to Burger & Lobster yesterday with my two eldest children for my birthday lunch and it was absolutely amazing!! My son and I love lobsters he even got to choose his own from a fresh tank. He choose a jumbo sized one .We went for half grilled and half steamed cooked.It was worth every penny It tasted so good we completely demolished it �� We had the super sized cocktail which was so refreshing I highly recommend everyone to go once in their lifetime if not more lol !!Absolutely stunning food and staff were friendly especially Stevie �

Great service, all staff were bubbly and friendly and really added the the whole experience. The lobster was absolutely delicious - the butter sauce and chips were amazing. Couldn’t rate the food higher! Will definitely be back in the near future to enjoy tasty food again!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD - We host our Little Boy's First Birthday at Burger and Lobster SOHO today. Oh my god, we had a private area with specific staff Alex and Steve looking after us through out our 3 hour lunch. The food was always great and it did not disappoint any of our guests at all. The best thing was that Alex also became our photographer for the day and helped me getting the birthday cake ready. Steve was always making sure every guests are topped up and happy with their food. I was so grateful and so did all of our guests as they were very impressed with the outstanding service and the quality of food. B&L SoHO is definitely our favourite restaurant in London!!!

The starters were superb but our combo (grilled lobster and a Burger in the same plate) is a must!!

Visited for my Wife's Birthday.

We hadn't booked but space was immediately found for us. A little more expensive than I would normally like to pay but as it was for a special occasion I didn't mind as much.

Having said that the food was great, the service efficient and the atmosphere relaxed and I would certainly visit again.

Really good, fresh hard shelled North American lobsters. Most people don’t appreciate the difference but the hard shell part is important. Service good too and the lobsters are cooked perfectly.

Not a fan of lobster, but the wife said it was good. Her only complaint was her lobster got cold really fast as she was eating it. I had the burger and it was good. There was nothing special about it that would make me crave one from B&L. The ambiance was really loud, but it was a Friday afternoon.

I don’t appreciate being charged 12.5% service charge for a meal for two people what exactly did they do we had 4 different waiters used this place many times and the menu prices have increased

We went yesterday after hearing such good things about it. Service was poor and very slow. Drinks took forever to come. Orders were messed up and we were all eating at different times, food was just sitting there waiting to go out. Staff looked like they couldn't be bothered and didn't want to be there and then they asked for a £20 service charge ( what service )

Never again will I pay £16 for a crappy tasteless burger. Waited a long time and asked for the burger to be cooked medium, instead, it was served practically still raw!! It was very bloody, dripping and oozing blood, then lightly Brown about a couple of milimetres. Should have took a pic. So I sent in back and it was still very rare, so we ate some and it was tasteless and bland. Thank goodness for the bacon and tomatoes to salvage the taste. They could take a lesson from Five Guys on how to infuse some flavouring into the beef Patty. And the fries?! Looked like McDonalds frozen ones, except served cold. The salad was miniscule and the dressing had barely any flavour. Worst burger I have had in ages, didn't eat much, too worried about getting food poisoning from it being so undercooked. Maybe the drinks and Lobster keep em coming. A very big disappointment.
