Such a fantastic place to eat, was in London for my 45th birthday and had my 1st Thai experience. I had the signature calamari for starter, and signature green chicken curry served with Jasmine rice, so flavorsome was totally delicious. The service was amazing too, me and my partner will definitely return. Well done @BusabaEathai and thanks for the experience loved it�

Staff were excellent and the food was delicious- and great value for London would definitely eat there again

Chilli beef and duck- great flavour and big portions- highly recommend

Pad Thai and ginger calamari are my favorites, I love this place, it's always busy but I never had to wait to be served.

Our table was served by a lovely gentleman call Alain, the food was tasty and the service was excellent.

Loved the place. David who served us was very friendly and recommended the roti which was deliciously. Had the Chinese Broccoli and the chicken wings too. Usually not like spicy food but I could make an exception and did not regret it. Will definitely come back again soon as the place is close to my uni.

Looooved it! I love Busaba but the food here is really nice! I took bellied chicken curry- literally started talking to myself how good it was. Lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. Exceptional service!

I visited London during Christmas week and my friends suggested me to visit busaba and of course to try THE famous calamari! I found this place great , service amazing and the food super tasty ! Eleni was really kind and made our visit so special! I will definately be back on my next trip !

Amazing place. Always love Thai food. Had the Duck Leg Curry, could never decide what to eat as there's a lot of choices. Love the decor of the place. Eleni served us who was very friendly. Open space was a nice touch too as it feels very welcoming. Will definitely come back again

Absolutely stunning food. The waitress - Poala did an excellent job with recommendations and looking after us. Ioanna, the manager on duty checked up on us and was delightful and ensured we felt right at home.

I've given three stars instead of 1star for its potential to be a great restaurant. The foundations are there to be a great 5star restaurant but need more staffing. Food was lukewarm. Staff are overworked therefore stressed. I asked for a photo to be taken by three members of staff on separate occasions and they all replied "in a minute". That minute never came.

We went to this restaurant for Boxing Day before the theatre. We regularly use busaba at st Christopher’s place, Soho & in Stratford. Unfortunately this branch was a disappointment. Most of the items on the menu were not available. First choice of wine unavailable, smoothie for one of the party unavailable, three starters from the xmas menu not available, lamb on the xmas menu unavailable. We were hoping to try some of your exciting dishes on the xmas menu but left with so little choice. One of our party was vegan and he opted for the pumpkin curry. When it arrived there were four medium chunks of pumpkin! This individual regularly eats out and was most upset at the lack of imagination or even quantity of pumpkin. Busaba this branch needs some attention to improve the experience!

We went to the one in Bloomsbury always been a huge fan of Busaba until we came to this branch yesterday evening. Food was good but waiting staff were awful, really bad service with a huge attitude problem! Although i made a complaint and the manager was lovely just a huge shame her team didnt have the same passion as she did. We will not be going back to this branch again, looks like its back to the Covent Garden branch nicer staff.

Rubbish. Sat there all lunch time and the food never came so we left.



It says I have to leave a star rating so i will leave one. But how can I leave a star when no food arrived.

This was the Busaba in Tottenham Court Road.

The manager only apologised to us as we left the bilding.
