With the contracting season finally over we thought we would bring you all a little footage of what we've been up to over a VERY busy summer of 2018!
From wholecrop forage to haylage then to hay and finally to straw all within 2 months of each other this has been one of the craziest years so far!

The fleet are out in force today....only just back from church where the Irish confessed all their weekly sins of staying out late and chasing men in fields in combines....
Looks like they are all up for doing it again in over 400 acres of wheat and oat straw!!

So...we have been very quiet on our page recently but we have been INCREDIBLY busy in the fields 😃!!!
Over the last 4 weeks we have been busy baling rye haylage, meadow haylage, small bale meadow haylage, round meadow haylage, whole crop forage, small bale meadow hay and round meadow hay!!
Just a little snapshot of what we have been up to!

It’s been a REALLY busy week on the farm with the arrival of the first of this seasons calves, with the newest arrival just an hour ago (the main image!) 😍😍😍
All the mums and calves are doing really well and we have a couple of little posers already as soon as I got my camera out!

Despite the weather ❄️❄️ we’ve just had another delivery of 1000 small bale soft green meadow hay all ready to go out on delivery again!!
We are fully booked for deliveries today and tomorrow and we have very LIMITED space left for Saturday!! If you do require an urgent delivery please message us ASAP!

We have the trailer on and a set of delivery drivers loading some of today’s deliveries. We will endeavour to get AS MANY done as is physically possible today but the roads are incredibly bad so please bear with us. Have bought free range from here for almost 15yrs. Always superb quality. I just hope the supermarkets with their ridiculous wholesale price that they pay the farmer don't drive them out of the egg side of their business.

Great little shop that seems to stock just as much as the big saddleries and always helpful. Can’t go a week it seems without popping in here

Button farm is a great shop I always feel welcomed when I go there. The staff always make sure I have got everything I needed and always very polite can't fault the service. Always order horse feed if they don't have it. It is the one shop that sells everything at a good price.

Brilliantly run place, ordered bedding and feed in the morning it turned up within a couple of hours, shop is well stocked with polite staff, good prices and lots of deals. Love this place!
