Went last weekend. Great burgers and nice atmosphere in there. Staff were vere attentive. Will definitely go back.

Unreal Burgers Mental Shakes Overall Epic Experience Well worth it. Only criticism it was a Tad Pricey. But worth every Penny.

The food was excellent, on the front porch, nice breeze, only bad was getting the bill to pay, and we weren’t in a hurry so it was no big deal!

I enjoyed the vegan burger with hot sauce and our daughter ate all of her chicken nuggets. A nice lunch, we’ll be back.

I took a friend to Byron at Chiswick for a burguer after a long time without being to Byron and it was a disappointment. Burguer is smaller than it used to be, no flavor and price is up. McDonald's could do better. Next time will head to Honest or GBK next door.

Visited Byron Chiswick yesterday as a treat for my twin nieces' Birthday. They had never been before and were really looking forward to it. What a disappointment! Food was mediocre to say the least. It was all served at different times, some was warm, some was hot. A lot of the burgers were not cooked as we had asked for them. Definitely not pink and juicy as advertised. We were halfway through the meal when some of the sides turned up.There were 10 of us and 6 of us were given glasses which looked like they hadn't been washed for a week. Some of us had cutlery missing and had to ask for it. The place itself looked filthy, and the waiter couldn't have been less interested. Needless to say, won't be visiting Byron Chiswick again.

Rubbish!! Had to wait over an hour and then good came out cold and vile! Westfields one is much better, would never ever return!!!

Ordered thru Deliveroo at 6:30 tonight, a burger and vanilla malt milkshake and the milkshake had no malt. Rung the restaurant and was told she'd speak with bar tender, but that was it. No offer of a replacement or anything. Not great customer service. Shame as the burger was quite nice.
