What can I say one of the best burgers I have had cooked to melt in your mouth just delicious 10/10 you have got to try Byron hamburgers i garontee you won’t b disappointed

The burger was yummy, the cheesey chips and potato fries lush and as for the 'naughty' milkshakes! Oh my!

Our favourite burger place! As always, burgers were fab (and huge!). Little disappointed to see that only fries were available - used to love the "skin on chips". But lovely visit nonetheless!

I bought a burger and two sides from here. On my way home I realised I’ve locked myself out. So stupidly I left the bag outside my door and went around the corner where my father was working and got the spare key. I must of literally been about 2 minutes and came back to the bag gone. I mean imagine having a couple beers and looking forward to a sweet burger to end the night but no. It had vanished. I called the wardour street explained my situation and re ordered, expecting nothing they gave me a burger on the house. Such a classy act. The moral of the story don’t leave your food unattended!! Big love to Byron wardour street. Thank you guys x

Great late night burger and sweet potato fries. Cooked to order. Onion rings greasy though.

Cheesy fries were to die for , burger was cooked exactly how I asked for and for the peanut butter shake ......�and the rum shot just to finish the shake off �staff were so nice and helpfull

Yesterday was a good day my burger was cooked to perfection, yummy.

Great place for the perfect burger of your choice. Perfect to book online. Price and quality in balance. Byron delivered always good stuff🖒

Fine burger, polite service

Best Sweet Potato fries and Blue cheese sauce was the best I have ever tried. The burger was lovely but even thoughedium cooked was a little dry. It was still enjoyable though. The service waa great.

Waiters were attentive but food was over cooked dry burnt hamburgers ( this suppose to be specialist hamburger restaurant !!!! ) chicken starter was dry, cheese main was over spiced . Fries were sent back as they were cold. Think you have major chef issues, restaurant wasn’t particularly busy either.



We visit Westfield regularly usually eat in Byron here but there are so many other restaurants here we will be trying them next time.

Very very disappointing. Can’t believe the difference in quality compared to the Kings Rd Restaurant.

My wife and friends are more particular on how there meal is presented, myself I’m very easy to please unless it’s obviously burnt or over cooked as it was in this case.

We didn’t bother having a sweet here we consoled ourselves with a delicious ice cream

from Cafe Concerto on the ground floor where in fact we had all had a delicious simple lunch earlier.

My husband liked his cheeseburger just fine but I had a chicken burger and it was SO bland. I covered it in hot sauce and might as well have just added water. Disappointed. Waiter was nice though

How do I contact to make a complaint about one of the London locations please?

Worst service ever. Had to pay to eat on my break on a rush and without drink cause not only they did not take my order on time but they delivered it incomplete.
