Unfortunately my last experience was not a five star rating. This negative review is for the admin/accounts team.



I booked an appt for my mother and did not have her insurance details. They stated that £50 deposit will need to be made which I did. On the day of the appt I informed them of the insurance details and that I had paid £50. I was assured the £50 would be refunded. I recently checked my credit card bill and have them a month to refund and still no refund.



On the website there is no email address to write to except an enquiry form to fill out.



I think it is very dishonest to keep a person money and only refund the money when it is highlighted to them. I have now informed them of this. But what about my time in looking into taking about half hour trying to figure out whether I have been refunded and spending another half hour trying to email and phone them, using my telephone and internet. All this is a cost occurred to me. So I hope they do consider or offer compensation for taking the £50 when they should not have.



Especially since my mother turned up at the appointment and the insurance covered the cost of the appointment



However the doctor was excellent and professional
