Went to London for Robbie Williams concert so went in for afternoon tea. It was amazing staff are lovely cakes were amazing.
My first visit & I found it to be A very stylish place with professional yet friendly staff. Wish I lived here, would visit regularly and recommend to my Friends.
I've been going there form the time it opened in Westfield. Food � atmosphere are all well. It's a bit pricey so be aware before considering it.
I really enjoyed it. Very friendly staff � Viktor the bartender was very kind and suggested a drink that I truly enjoyed � will definitely go back.
I had a lovely relaxing lunch start we’re excellent highly recommend it

Absolutely amazing. Loved the lamb shank! The live music was perfect too. The service was great, next time I come to London will definitely come here again.
Went yesterday evening for dinner with my mum, aunt and seven year old niece. Just want to thank the waitress (didn't get her name) for treating my niece at the end of our meal to some macaroons. She really enjoyed them. And it was very thoughtful of you. Thankyou. X
We went on a busy Friday afternoon. Food was great, service very professional . Would definitely recommend and we'll go again when at Westfield.
We called in for lunch on our way to the athletics, and I'm glad we went there. Service was good even though it was extremely busy. Food was great, and the bill was good for what we had. I'd go back.
Very beautiful inside feels like you have stepped back in time. Very romantic. Amazing food attentive waitresses and amazing desserts. Definitely would go back there.
Unfortunately toilets aren't great only one for each so can get busy and no where to queue so queuing in restaurant.

My one gripe is the service charge. I wish restaurants would let customers choose how much & to who they wish to show their gratitude.

Great food with good service. However the toilets are atrocious one toilet only for men and women. Not cleaned regularly, the sink was overflowing. No facilities to dry your hands. For a restaurant of this calibre you would expect more. Really let the place down!
We jumped into here for a bite in the evening. It was the only one with seating available. Friendly and good service, but food could have been better. The calamari was burnt with certain elements unrecognisable. May be the crowds for the paraworld championships was to blame as they tried to achieve quick turn around. For the prices, expected better quality. Also, never a fan of places which include service charges in the final bill and certainly not 12.5%!
The food was quite good, nice setting, coffee could be improved. I would definitely eat there again but would hope the flavours next time are more enhanced, just slightly bland.

I had to ask him to come back to take the rest of the order. Asked for food and Viktor said that we could order food this side of the bar. I said they told us on the other side we could. Face like thunder stormed off. Waiting 20 minutes for panini to be delivered 3 metres. Meanwhile we asked Eva for the olives we’d ordered. She then went and cleared glasses before getting the olives. Then they delivered the bill .. still not got the food � Viktor and Eva do not have a clue about customer service

Ordered breakfast for 2 one came with items missing, asked for the items twice received a verbal apology then still nothing. Paid the bill and items still did not arrive. They advertised a price then upped it and had the cheek to take a service charge. The only reason I gave it a 2 was it was the best cup of tea I have had in a long time.
It was 11.40am when i went. I asked the MANAGER what time lunch starts, was told 12 noon.. i had a coffee and a water while i waited...then i ordered a wine..12.10 i ordered my lunch. At 12.30 i was told the lunches still had not started and would still be a wait.. I called the manager and told him i wasn't happy, and he waved the bill...fair enough..
I have dined here before and each time has been ok...disappointed this time.
I took my mum to The London stadium for a birthday present .so started in Caffe Concerto for Breakfast .As i have been there many time i thought good idea .Yesterday was a bad idea as the service was vary poor .I had to ask two or three times for milk after waiting an age for the tea .then ask three times for most things which should have been on the table .
Even worse they add the service charge to the bill .i would not have left a tip the normal way
I doubt if i would go back again

Three of us ate here yesterday, the pasta was tasteless and was unlike any other seafood pasta. My colleague had the sausage pasta this was also very poor. The calamari was shocking and just tasted like over seasoned burnt batter.
This is the worst service I ever have today. I when for queue for my cake take away at the food court area and when is my turn one of the staff starting shut the light off at the cake area and telling me is close! And very rude and attitudes way! far beyond terrible ! And shouting at me and at the end I have to ask my money back because of the poor service and not hygienic using the hand without wearing the grove or using the clip taking my cake and the cake was falling apart. A lady at the cashier just put the money in front me and told me take took the money and go away and threaten me if not I will call security! OMG what kind of staff they the company use! So I tell her why don't you call then? And she didn't answer so I when.
Unbelievable in this day this kind of people still can get a job. seriously ?
The service provided from the blonde waitress Laura was very poor and rude! The order was taken very unhelpfully and without any courtesy and also there wasn't any sign of smile on her and the staff faces as if they were forced to take our order! Very unsatisfactory! Not looking forward to come back!

The service provided from the blonde waitress Laura was very poor and rude! The order was taken very unhelpfully and without any courtesy and also there wasn't any sign of smile on her and the staff faces as if they were forced to take our order! Very unsatisfactory! Not looking forward to come back!
