Hi all I’m Sarah and I’m sure some of you have met me during the last few months whilst I’ve been helping Sam in the shop. So today my daughter & I decided to follow Sam’s step by step instructions to make a fairy, we have never done anything like this before so be kind! What I learnt was don’t be afraid to experiment, if you don’t like it screw it up and start again, it doesn’t have to be perfect - it’s hand made. I didn’t have any black colouring for her eyes so made some out of brown, didn’t like them so tried to patch her up!! I’ve learnt so much and the second attempt will be better I hope! Thanks for the tutorial Samantha, it was an idiots guide! Give it a go and post your fairy’s. Sarah xx

What a fantastic afternoon I had learning how to ice my cake. Sam was so helpful and showed me the correct way to do it. It was so much fun and to top it off my daughter loved it, especially the sorting hat! thank you sam for all your help x

Went in for a cake board, and came out with lots of helpful tools for my cake, and future ones!! Really helpful with ideas and tips. Definitely recommend. Thanks ladies!

We've experienced both cake and classes after having our daughters birthday party there. Sam was excellent fun, fully interactive and patient. The end result was a group of very happy girls and a tableful of stunning decorating cakes that the girls took home. We never once felt rushed through the food period or decoration section. If I could give more than 5* I would.

These ladies are so very helpful and kind...they have helped me with last minute issues on quite a few occasions! As a cake maker, having a shop you can pop into to browse or even go into to compare notes is a God send, so glad I don't have to do Internet ordering anymore! Thank you

Popped in today for the first time to buy a few bits, the lady was very helpful and friendly. Good choice of stock and the cake she was decorating at the time was beautiful. Gave me some very helpful advice. Will definitely be returning.

Popped in today for a few bits that I would normally have to buy online as I don't drive. Great prices and very nice friendly service. Will definitely be shopping here again for all my cake decorating needs
