stayed there last week and trust me it was fab. the caravans are cozy and clean, arcade is an enjoyable place to spend your time, live lounge was filled with fun and very interactive. mash and barrel food was delicious. swimming pool was warm and clean. over all its a lovely place to stay! x deffo coming again xxx

We’ve just come back from an amazing long weekend! The staff are friendly and couldn’t do enough 4u. Even when i left my handbag behind ( what a muppet) they were fantastic and reassuring and everything was intact! The caravan and grounds were spotless and had fun and lots of laughter with the day entertainment and night! Lots of energy! Brilliant! Thanku so much lots of wonderful memories! We’ll certainly be back!

May I start with a massive THANK YOU to all the staff and funstars that have made our holiday the best 7 days we have had in ages!!!!! Everybody who we spoke to made us feel very welcome. A massive shout out to Helen ( team leader ) who made my nephews first haven holiday a week to remember. The caravans were lovely and clean, entertainment was second to none. I shall be recommending this site to all friends and family. Thank you all again for a lovely week.

Just wanna say a massive shout out too Rupert behind the bar in the live lounge you r a legend and also the seaside squad Jordan, Kirsty, Gemma, Harriet, Jasmine, Luke and Niomi you have made my 1st holiday with my daughters an unforgettable experience and I can't thank you all enough so much so I've already booked nxt years holiday so c u all nxt year much love too u all ����� xxx

Just got home from a week here with my girls & i have nothing bad to say about the place. Its child, pet & staff friendly. Facilities are very good, always something to do & we are located not far from different attractions. Shall look to return here again soon �

Just got back from a amazing stay we loved it that much we booked to come back in October. My 10 month old little boy loves it and there loads for him to do swimming pool is so clean and lovely xxx

If your looking for a value for money, static caravan family holiday, then this place is well worth considering. Excellent facilities for children, I speak, having taken our 4yr old and a 2yr old recently. Situated about a mile away from Asda and Freeport shopping village, plus very close to the seaside, this is in an excellent location for families. The site has a heated swimming pool, with water slide, a restaurant which is clean, run by friendly/helpful staff. The accomodation in our case was a 4 birth static caravan, which had been cleaned to an excellent standard on arrival and had everything you'd expect including plates, cups, cuttlery, pans, bedding, pillows and Freeview TV. Would highly recommend for young families. Top class in every way

I hired 2 caravans, a deluxe 2 bed for myself, my partner and our little girl and a deluxe 3 bed for my 2 daughter's and their 4 kids. The caravans were lovely and clean and spacious and the park was fab. Entertainment was excellent and we all had a fabulous time.....it was an added bonus that the weather was beautiful � already looking to come back again same with my daughter's and we only got back Friday �

Have just spent the week here had the most amazing time plenty to do for all the family great entertainment for the kids the most friendly staff the girls and guys are amazing with the children seaside squad is great had a magical time can’t wait to come back thanks for a great holiday �

Had a great holiday here with my family! Caravan has all you need and facilities on site were really good. Funstars was my daughters favourite. The site charged me on peak prices for passes after querying it! Contacted haven direct who advised me their peak didn’t start until 20th July. Went back and got refund with no apology. Only bad point.

Absolutely loved it. Just got back home now and can't think of anything bad about it.

Plenty of things for our 1 year old to have fun doing and even plenty of activities that me and my partner enjoyed.

The caravan was lovely. It was a standard caravan too so I would love to see what the more luxury caravans are like �

I spent my childhood going calagran in Fleetwood and I was so excited to go back.

The only very small thing I'm upset by is Bradley bear has changed his signature clothing with his yellow Hawaiian shirt to a boring blue shirt �

All in all I absolutely loved it. And I loved how the staff are always happy a incredibly friendly. Odd few grumpy staff but I guess everyone has their days �

Loved it, prestige caravan was lovely! Staff great! Entertaining good. Arcades was great lots of choice. The park is clean throughout, first time visiting this one and it's definitely up with my favorite Lakeland!

Pool is great aswel, a little small but still fab!

My only negative which needs addressing is the lighting at the soft place area! It was so bad I could hardly see my 2 year old on it. Lights are needed asap guys as it's a major safety issue to have good lighting where children are involved.

Just got back from a week holiday camp was smaller than the one i was used too but staff helpful and friendly easy to get to other places although some facilities could be a bit bigger had a great time over all

Then he caravan no knob on microwave so can't turn on gas your and central heath g don't work not that we need it

But after all 5ese I went up say to them and said Tracey has cancer and the nurses com in every day st 12 to do her morphine drive up the check out is is 10 I asked if we could Waite for nurses they went away and came back with it will cost an extra 20 quid aye ok cala gran I'll drive the 15miles to the hospice but yourcaravan is crap

Caravan bit small. Smashed glass under the caravan outside which didn’t get removed until Thursday (we arrived on a Monday). Floor in the caravan was stinking - my kids feet were black within minutes of being there. I bought my own floor cleaner and cleaned it myself.

Entertainment was good though - my kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Staff very helpful and friendly.

-Pool was far too cold for kids.

-Acts came on of a night in the club and expected my two year old to stay seated away from the dance floor even tho they was on stage.

-Prices were extortionate.

Wasted £40 on passed we used ONCE!

-Food was expensive!.



Clean park though, and amazing staff especially Jordan (entertainer) and becky from the ticket counter who made my son a happy little boy. Girl deffo deserves more credit for her job never known staff so smiley and calm dealing with a bunch of kids like beck!

We was on holiday here was ment to be Friday to Friday we returned home on Tuesday I am currently waiting on a call from the park to discuss what went wrong the member of staff I spoke to upon checking out was really nice and is dealing with the issues I had I am absolutely gutted about my experience and that I had to leave early I don't think we will be returning think there's a lot of work needed in regards to customer service it should not take someone leaving early to get a sincere apology and to have my children say they want to go home is not nice but I would like to thank the lady who I spoke to before I checked out this morning hopefully I will speak to her tomorrow

All cramed in. They started digging up the road at 8 oclock in the morming. The turf behind the caravan is all diffrent levels which ment my 2 year old son falling while he was trying to play. Caravan to colse to road. We went swimming was time to get out, we were showering as i was shampooing my 4 year old daughyer hair lifeguared switched the showers off. I asked the man if he has and he denied doing it and then i went out to find him.laughing with the other lifegiards. Which i thought was discusting as i had to walk my daughter back to caravan with a head full of shampoo because inconsiderate boys. Ordered from papa johns the totally got the pizza wrong which ment it wasnt edable i waisted £18 on something i couldnt eat. Only decent part was the funstars. Coupdnt take my kids to the soft play bit on wed bevause of the stinking stench which stunk out half the arcade which then i had 2 upset children. Wont be returning.

very poor customer service was down this week the week england got put out world cup,my wife got attacked by one of the owners and also security refused to show badges,also my autistic child got told his disability has anything to do with staff even after they grabbed him to put him out I also got put out and I was at bar at time will never be back and that's after 5 years going down -10 would be a better score .
