Anna Maria - Our incredibly hard working and sincere Operations Manager who makes sure the restaurant runs smoothly.
Chiara - Our lovely front of house host from Italy, she works incredibly hard to improve her English and making sure our guests leave with a smile on their face.
... Shareen - The first investor in Calcutta Street who believed in me and helped me take it off the ground.
Natasha - The lovely founder of @urbancordial who makes all the delicious shorbots for us.
Srabani - My mother who gives me new recipes every day and the inspiration behind it all.
And finally had to include myself because I am a woman too but all these women make work worthwhile and fun!

Mothers are the best chefs to every kid pretty much because they know exactly what you like to eat. My mum was just a genius when it came to feeding me (I was an extremely fussy eater) and because of her I started cooking when I moved to U.K and hence landed up opening @calcuttastreet But an even better feeling is to feed your mum. 2015 - Calcutta Street used to be a dream in @shrimoyeec ‘s head while she was working for a think tank and running pop ups for fun in southbank.
2018 - Calcutta Street is a chain of 2 restaurants and tomorrow we are going back to where we started in #SouthBank to launch our first Market Stall - #RollJoint by Calcutta Street!
