Our cookery school La Cucina Caldesi has locations in London, Gerrard's Cross and Bray on Thames and boasts a vast range of Italian cookery courses from basic pasta making to regional specialties from smoking and sausage making to healthy eating. We also have a private dining space in Marylebone that caters for up to 24 people.

I try not to eaten too many fruits and veggies out of season but these Iberico black tomatoes @selfridgesfood got the better of me today. So good to taste real tomatoes in February with mozzarella, basil and Tuscan olive oil.
