Due to the adverse weather conditions we will not be having a stall outside today. Mulled wine, and mince pies, tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be available inside the pub. Sunday lunches as usual.

Join us in Market Square for Rocking Around the Chrispmas Tree. Sunday 10th December 1200 till 1800 at our market stall for mulled wine, mulled cider and a home made mince pie. (Or a nice cold pint).
Sunday lunch available in the pub which is open from 1100. Please allow half an hours notice as our vegetables are cooked freshly to order. Thank you

Thanks to John and karen for making us 3 girls so welcome for the first time last night..awesome boozer!

Nice friendly East end boozer not a lot of good pubs left around here staff friendly bar is clean beer is good nice selection

Needing to eat on a visit to Poplar and went into Callaghanns. We had a real good welcome and the service was excellent. The staff even knocked up a veggie meal for me even though it was Sunday roast day. We had a three course meal and the staff were very attentive, clearing away as soon as a course was finished and bringing the next. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Massive shout out to John and Karen for donating a fish tank to our charity. Can’t thank u both enough!!! Thanks guys
