About Heather;

Heather is well experienced in a wide range of treatments and has practiced for 5 years around East and West Sussex, after moving to Brighton Heather wanted to focused all of her attention on her therapies and now offers a variety treatments some of which include Deep Tissue Massage, Hydrotherm Massage, Hydrotherm Pregnancy Massage (for Pre and Post Natal Massage), Indian Head Massage, Hypnotherapy and HypnoBirthing to provide her clients with a balanced and well informed approach. Her skills and natural sense for providing a unique treatment for each and every client is what Heather enjoys most about her work.
Heather says ‘You are unique. There’s many reasons why us humans get aches and pains, suffer injury or illness. I pride myself in understanding how to identify your specific needs whether that be a physical or psychological and tailor my treatments to return you to feeling yourself as quickly as possible. ’
