I took that step in August. Now it’s March & I’ve lost nearly 6 stone! I was so down about my weight I didn’t feel like leaving the house most of the time. I wanted to change for me & my boys and to set a good example to them.

I had to go back some time to find a picture of me let alone one of me in a dress. The one on the right is me celebrating my birthday today & I’m so thankful I found Cambridge Weight Plan.
Compared to this time last year, I’ve lost 5 stone 10 pounds & I’m now a size 10. What a difference a year makes 🤔. I’m definitely fab at 40 (+1 lol).
