Went into today for a drink and some food. We found the initial atmosphere inviting and welcoming, the service was friendly and the food was worth the wait (it was quite busy and space was at a premium) but the size and presentation of the burger coupld with the affordable price was a rarity in most pubs, let alone one in central Camden.

Only downside was that a group of lads came in and disrupted what was a pleasant atmosphere before they arrived, literally inucrring small dogs and children to recoil in terror at their display of anomosity and flagrant disregard for anyone else's space or time. The staff did the best they could, so I would not let that effect the five star review, just be warned this pub may attract an unprecedented amount of morons.

Was sat in the pub on my own at first waiting for my daughter to finish her shopping. Staff were friendly and i did not feel intimidated at all. Good atmosphere - would definitely go again when i am next back in London - the smoking burgers looked amazing and smelt yum �

Russell: Thank you. Amazing service at the bar, lovely decor and ambiance, wonderful and supportive staff when your night takes a turn for the worse.

Never had a bad experience in this pub. Sturdy tables with friendly bar and security staff.



Decent clientele and not full of large groups of moronic singing sports fans.

My favourite pub in Camden. Great music and friendly staff. Love the indie night.

Lovely pub, brilliant staff, I like to go for an afternoon pint but it’s also open very late for the sorts of people who dance in public.

LOVE THIS PUB - one of Camden's best - good service, excellent live comedy and the friendliest bar staff around.

I love this place. I can drink my Amstel beer just like in Greece I can listen good music , I can eat very good fries plus watching videos in the TV when I am there alone. I have been there a lot of times and I find everything very good abd the stuff very kind. Keep drinking!

Great pub with friendly bar staff and good selection of drinks. Recently found out they do amazing burgers would recommend if you're in the area.

Good selection of beers, lovely staff, great music and amazingly delicious smoked burgers. One of the best pubs in Camden for sure!

Just wanted to say thanks to security for quickly acting when I told them of an annoying drunk guy who refused to leave me and friends alone. They swiftly removed him, as in told him to leave, no drama. Don't know why but I was worried nothing much would be done about it. But thank you!!!

The staff is always been amazing, the drinks are on point so thank you to the bar staff!

But please get some fair security! Because I work in a pub too I know how it works but being homophobic is another story! I slapped a girl because she called me a faggot and grabbed my face but that doesn’t count because I slapped her? F that

And thanks to the manager for just standing there!

I went there with my two friends, we were a lot older of the rest off the crowd. First couple of acts were ok, but the rest was so pretentious and narcissistic. Awful never ever again if that is comedy I might as well stick my head in an oven so nottt funny
