Camino Partners is a specialist recruitment consultancy based in the City of London. We are looking for ambitious graduates to join our growing team.

Camino Partners was formed by Alan McBride, Sachin Ruparelia and Matt Newman. The name “Camino” is derived from the Spanish word meaning “path” or “way” and as such defines our role to help clients move forward, whilst helping our candidates pursue their chosen career path.

We are the UK’s only specialist recruitment consultancy focused on placing candidates into all business enabling and business support roles for the recruitment and staffing sector. We work with all sizes of recruitment businesses from entrepreneurial start-ups through to the sector majors.

The business is split into two main areas; Accounting and Finance and BIS (Business Infrastructure and Support). We have specialist consultants recruiting at all levels in finance from Accounts Assistants to FD / CFO level. BIS covers all roles from entry-level through to Director in Compliance, IT, Marketing, Learning and Development, HR, Office Management and Administration.

Most of our candidates have sector experience, which means that they will understand our clients’ business, fit into their environment and hit the ground running.
