The patient was concerned with his loose upper front teeth , he felt that they were too long and too far forward . An upper denture was made after removing the front teeth . The patient was overwhelmed with the change in his appearance .

Sept is Colgate oral health month emphasising the importance of brushing twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste , avoiding sugary snacks between meals and visiting the dentist regularly.

So many patients comment on this board in the waiting room. Visually brings home how much sugar there is in so many drinks .
